This mans breathing is right on point in every movement he does. Notice he breaths through the nose thus increasing his nitrate oxide production and he uses a rhythm that is in perfect harmony with each movement. Breathing correctly is vital to achieving this level of discipline.
@@DOMINICROY-i5b Yes. It naturally builds up in the nose cavity, and when you breathe exclusively through the nose, you can bring that into the lungs and it helps amplify good breathing. You can breathe out through the mouth or nose. But when you breathe in, you should always strive to exclusively breathe in through the nose precisely for this and other reasons. (Exclusively more so meaning as much as possible) Breathing through the nose also filters the air. Nose hairs pick up dirt and pollen and all sorts of things to stop it getting to the lungs thus preventing it from doing you harm. Breathing through the mouth doesn't filter the air. Plus the nasal cavity helps to warm the air so it's more closely the same temperature as the inside of your body. Again, breathing through the mouth doesn't do this. Breathing through the mouth can get you "more" oxygen, sure. But it is of lesser quality. For example, many fighters know that once their opponent begins to breath through their mouth, it's a sign that they're done, because they've, consciously or unconsciously, chosen quantity over quality, thus reducing their performance ability.
Amitabha / Amituofo - The thigh muscles when used help promote blood flow to the brain. Kinda like the reason pilot's do G training. Keeping blood in the brain! A no brainer right? 😁
this shit is harder than it looks especially if you have bad posture. its also why training horse stance is the basis it helps with balance, good foot positioning and also clear mind
This is very good workout for thights and for hips. Hips and strong legs are essential. not only for kicks, but also for boxing, throws and groundfighting. I try to training like this and it helps me a lot for better kicks, im better in hand techniques and knees, because my kicks were not realy good, stiff and not so high, but that training methods help me a lot. Horse stance also is very good training for wrestling. Thank You.
I watch his arms counter his kicks to keep balance if you get my meaning. Very very impressive and inspiration. I wanted to see him accidentally kick with the right leg through the wall 🤣
intense!! looks very interesting from a new way of training, I'm in my 50's and enjoy calisthenics, weight training, ice hockey and remember horse stance training in my 20's while dabbling in karate. It's been years since I did the stance and really should start including it in my daily training even a few sets a day especially now that arthritis is an issue.

his feet go to 45 degrees when he is not specifically pointing them out. i too have this situation, its a result of opening the hips and relaxing the tail, i think. when he shows the side view its obvious
am i squatting low enough so that i feel as if i'm kind of sitting but in a way where it's using my leg muscles? or should i be slightly higher so my legs are more than 90 degrees?
Thank you for this video. I have a question: feet must not open externally, but must they stay perpendicularly to the shoulders' axe? In this video, as well as in other videos, it seems to me that they are slightly open. If they were perfectly parallel and looking frontward, wouldn't this posture put pressure on the knees (especially at cartilage level)?
I’ve wondered and felt the same thing. I definitely feel stress on the knee and soreness later. Question is if it’s making the knee stronger and stable or wearing it down?
