Recite your bed times duas and surahs before bed.
Recite astgfirullaha rabbi min kkulli zambiw wa atubu ilahi 100 times when you go in your bed. You will fall asleep even before you finish your tasbeeh in sha Allah. May Allah grant you complete shifa Ameen.
This person should give lecture in front of a million of American in USA...

I never gave it so much thought but this really resonated with me "man judges you based on your sin and Allah judges you based on your repentance" ❤
So Jehovah said to Moses: “Now you will see what I will do to Pharʹaoh.+ A mighty hand will force him to send them away, and a mighty hand will force him to drive them out of his land.”+2 Then God said to Moses: “I am Jehovah. 3 And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as God Almighty,+ but with regard to my name Jehovah+ I did not make myself known to them.+ 4 I also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Caʹnaan, the land in which they lived as foreigners.+ 5
I can’t stop thinking about Allah. Allah swt is always in my mind 24/7 sometimes I even get lost on my own world daydreaming about Allah. As soon as I wake up in the morning 1st think in my mind is Allah all day long till I go bed and fall asleep.

The more you get to know Allah and his message peace be upon him. The more you'll cry and be content. Your worth alot regardless of what your past. Allah created you. You are of the highest value when you follow Allah's words to the best of your ability. Ignore the negative it's shaytan trying to put you down but rise with Allah's words.
