Been badmouth to relatives and cursed by my mother since I was a child. I am 40 now, and she is still doing the same. The mental abuse is now affecting my physical health.

Some parents curse children when they can’t get their way with a child especially when it comes to arranged marriages the child has their own preference and choice of a spouse some mothers feel insecure that their child has been influenced by spouses and in-laws and they have been stolen from them children are cursed for being close to others may Allah guide all not to curse live and let live ameen
I was here today, I've gotten so used to going to Mufti Menk via Internet and seeing this speech live today really changed my perspective wish I heard more of him than the advertisements/ Human Appeal. Instead of listening truly to him I have realised I'm more focused when watching videos than live.

I left a message then accidentally deleted it. It was just my introduction to the Quran, by a Sunni Muslim from Iraq. He knew I was a Woman Of God, and my life is that of a servant for the most high. Everyday I would see this man in passing through halls, coming and going out of the building we lived in. So one day I was asked him would he like to come to our bbq, just me and the children they where teenagers by then. So he agreed, but said he couldn’t eat pork. He taught so much about Islam, the Quran, and the stories of Muhammad. We would share those stories, and I would reference the similarities of the Bible with the Quran. He taught me to read the Quran from the back to the front. I saw how the Muslim pray, and also some customs. He was a widower, and I was divorce. I told him “it’s 3 people in the room, and do you know that?” He smiled and knew what I meant. He told me we could be married by the Iman, and in Gods eyes we would be married. But I told him, I have to remain single until my ex-husband dies. Well that’s how my Bible explains it, but he said God doesn’t blame you for the divorce that was your ex-husbands fault. He wanted to go back to his country, but I was afraid. His uncle was the Vice President of Iraq, Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri. He gave me his American name, and the last name was spelled AL-Douri. He wouldn’t give me his Islamic first name. But we had quite a few interesting stories, but I thank him
for showing me about his culture and how they worship their God.

There is someone who really annoyed me and I felt quite hurt by her. I have forgiven her, but I don't feel like blessing her or don't feel like gvn dua. Am I wrong to hv such a feeling. I try my best to avoid her thoughts n talks, but shaitaan always makes me think about her and I end up getting bad thoughts on myself and my children. How should I help myself.
