Moist and Fluffy Banana Cake Recipe
Ingredients：
2 Bananas
5 Egg whites
5g (1 tsp.) Lemon juice
100g (0.5 cups) Sugar
5 Egg yolks
Pour out half
60g (0.5 cups) Cake Flour
40g (0.4 cups) Cake Flour
20g (2 tbsp.) Cocoa powder
40ml Milk
40g (2.8 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
Preheat the oven to 140℃ (284℉) and bake for 40 minutes
Then adjust to 160℃ (320℉) and bake for 10 minutes
