Just made half of this recipie.used half of all that she used but reduced sugar to 70g instead of 75. No kidding , this cake is super soft . Sugar level is perfect. I just got done baking so I placed half in the fridge , quarter out on the counter and the other quarter all eaten . Thank you for this recipie .
