For Windows 10: force your PC to restart 3 times, so automatic repair will kick in ( • How to enter and use A... ), then allow it to do the repairs. After this, it should work.
For other Windows versions follow the video or the text below:
1. Restart Windows install
2. Delete the partition on which you want to install Windows (backup data first if you have important informations on it)
3. Create a new partition
4. Format the partition
5. Leave all Windows settings on default (you can change them in Windows later)

@@solarfn7352 well then that's a dead end. btw, my hard drive ended up scrambling itself not too long after I fixed the boot issue. not to be totally "doom and gloom," but I'd recommend getting someone to backup your files just to be absolutely sure

What did you have to check? Local users & groups are not up on the screen after adding the computer management step. I noticed after you had said let me check something real quick the local users & groups then popped up on ur screen after doing whatever it is that you did when saying let me check on something real quick. What is it that you checked on? I ask this because mine isn't showing local users & groups and I don't know what step you took to pull that up because you didn't say? Why did you do that? Lol
I literally clicked on the + from "system tools" and "local users and groups". But I explain this right next in the video.

If cmd work doesn't work for you just hold power button and restart many time as fast as possible untill you find advance repair then go, and just reset pc 😅 thats only option work for me😂
hi this doesnt work with windows 10. for anyone that needs to fix this, try restarting your pc 3 times, on the third attempt the windows repair message will appear, when this happens you have to do a reset and then your pc will work just fine!

I tried restarting it a bunch of times, yet it doesn't really change anything
+-DGGB- Grim Reaper force restart, as in holding the power button until it shuts down while Windows is loading. Doing this 3 times tells Windows that it can't start and activates the repair mode.

Diskpart is a working way for GPT disks, but I have more important data in my other drives and cleaning command would clean all of my HDD, now now can i get RID of this ? by rufus i have made both MBR+GPT type USB, MBR type too anmd then made GPT type too, and NOT a single type helped me. I’m trying to add it manually, and I get an error message saying “This computer is running Windows Vista Home Premium. This snapin may not be used with this version of Windows. One thing to note.. Remove your ISO media once you start the msoobe.
Mine kept trying to boot back into the flash drive that the Win7 ISO was on, which kept causing it to error.

The command prompt that comes up for me is not the C: drive. It's the drive that my thumb drive is in that I'm using to try to restore the OS. Not sure how to get to command prompt for the C: drive without going through windows.

1:50 this second part worked for me. First it gave me the same error again but it skipped automaticly and finished installation. I've got a Samsung RV511-a05tr model laptop. Changing language and keyborad didnt matter actually. Mouse working too. Thanks for this video.

I formatted 500gb hard disk with partition... But without recovering data... ( Need data from that disk)
And even that hard disk not installed with bootable pen drive... It's showing "windows could not be complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation."

When you need to recover data from a disk you insert it directly into a working pc or trough a usb adapter. Never install an os on the drive you try to recover data from.
@@UltimateDIY yes..but my problem is... I was having 2 hard disk of same company (looks like a same).. and by mistaken I formatted working drive with equal partition...
instead of corrupted hard disk..
And another problem is this disk drive not installed properly...
What can I do further? Should I again format this disk with another setup? And then recover data with software like EasyUs to recover D Drive data? Or else there is another option available?..
Get someone that knows more about computers to do it for you. Your data is at risk at this point.

Shift+F10. On laptops Shift+Fn+F10.

Look up "how to factory reset HP computer restart" and it'll probably show up.
Easy process.

It will make your computer go back to the same way it was when you bought it in every way.

Easier method: Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down. Do this twice. On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt etc, find the option of factory resetting your computer if you're comfortable with doing so.

How can you follow without the mouse? Your first instructions are okay without a mouse buy the other 2 you need a mouse. I can't see mine
Are you on Windows 10? If you are, then you should only follow the fix for W10, the other steps are for different Windows versions.
But if really needed, anything on a computer can be done with key combinations: support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12445/windows-keyboard-shortcuts

I am not able to get to the Comman Prompt window using Shift F10, I also tried just F10; After multiple attempts, i did get a prompt asking if I wanted to turn on my sticky keys so I know that the shift button was working... Any other tips for getting to the CP window? Thanks for the video~

@@UltimateDIY thanks! I've tried that as well. I tried under BIOS Current Defaults and Factory Settings if that makes any difference as well. I have completed this installs successfully numerous times. On another machine, it froze mid reset and I was given the option to complete with removing all files. The same freeze happened on this computer but I wasnt prompted to proceed with erasing/removing all files.

when i go to the command prompt, instead of saying "C:\windows\system32>", it says instead "X:\Sources>". i am able to complete the commands "net user administrator /active:yes" and "net user administrator bypass", but when i try the "cd oobe" command, it says "The system cannot find the path specified." Do you know how to fix this or what the issue is?
You need to change the folder you are in. Command is "cd C:\windows\system32"
