Well if you don’t got anything around like I had a bunch of elk but they where all female so I had to hop to another server and got a nice bull

Pro tip
If you kill a animal and forget to save/taxidermy it, if it was your last harvest you can head to the trophy lodge and head to last harvest in the mange section and find it there
Dang wish I knew that I killed a level 8 majestic puma it’s scored 2 off of diamond but that’s the biggest thing I’ve ever killed

I’ve been waiting for a video of his for a while it was worth it
I was wondering if you have a video about tracking animals after you've shot them? Or just any tips? Maybe it's just me but I have the WORST time trying to track them. Footprints and blood splatters seemingly vanish all the time, or the distance between them is so far apart I get entirely lost looking for them (and end up assuming the animal levitated for 40 feet, for lack of any other explanation). So far I've changed the tracking color to stand out more and got the perk (or skill - I can't remember) that lets you track individual animals on your phone, but I'm still having a rough time.
It’s been tricky and I got spoiled to the dog dlc for such struggles when it comes to tracking.. but yeah I tend to use my huntermate (phone thing) and then where the hunting pressure there is a perfect circle. Usually the blood starts there. So vital, no vital etc, and click on it and use your huntermate for. I do know some tracks are bugged as well, sadly. I’ll try to make a video on that, I just need a difficult track to show what to do.
@@Flintergaming Thanks! I started using the dog, but weirdly enough, getting a better scope has really, really helped. I can stand back much further, pull out my binoculars (it's a bit slow on XB) and have a much wider view of where the animal runs. It's less to track, so less chance of me f'ing up and accidentally tracking the wrong one 😅 Looking forward to your eventual video!

This video inspired me to go hunt my Yukon again. Got a melanistic female and max weight diamond male within ten minutes of each other.
This is why I don't let others on my map lol I have those weirdly missed shots all the time too. Perfect shots, but no hits at all. Sometimes the animals don't even spook either when it does it.
I found maybe the reason on an other yt video why you cant get into your lounge and it worked for me... the problems are the caribous so you have to remove them and then it should work again... wish you luck

I almost didn't shoot a Melanistic grizzly. I thought it was a normal level 6, but it was actually a Melanistic. I learned to trust my gut now.
Flinter you should do a compound pulsar tutorial on deer on classic because I would need a good tutorial and you’re probably the best with the bows
the amount of grizzly spots that I haven't checked is both exciting bc theres probly something good, and also sad, bc that is a lot of hours of just straight grinding...

for diamonds he kills max weight estimate animals for respawns and for this just kill any animal for a respawn
alakia plays so just shoot the max weight and Leave the 154 187 to live ?

Hey Flinter, I've mentioned this in the last stream but I have a challenge that might be quite cool. Shoot a big animal or a diamond if daring enough, with a brain shot without hitting the skull. I've done it before so I know its possible.

Is anyone else having a problem with Trophy lodges after the update. When i go to Trophy lodges it says i dont have a lodge and I make one and its not showing any of my trophies
