So basically instead of 20 actors you now need 5 good ones to make a movie.
A fresh flower is good for a week...
The demise of hard work and creativity. They no longer need us.
Serious question > How many here are willing to drop $20 for a theater ticket to go watch a movie that has been entirely generated inside a computer, with no real actors or environments, no matter how photorealistic it looks? Especially if most of the people you know around you are beginning to lose their livelihoods to A.I.?
Who knows? Maybe it’ll be a smooth transition that people won’t notice and they’ll pay just to be entertained. Almost like Marvel movies that are mostly CGI with less practical effects. Still looks thrilling so people keep gobbling it up. People like me are turned off by all of it but they’re still making billions regardless.
Final Fantasy Movie has entered the chat...
What about movies like Toy Story? What about stories inside of video games? If it's an interesting story, people will watch regardless of the origin or medium.
Look around. Hollywood knows the theater is a dinosaur. Straight to streaming is the future with high-priced monthly premiums.
@@lilrog0909 Yeah, dinosaur. That explains the record-shattering theatrical success of Barbenheimer, lol.
This will 100% replace actors in the very near future.
Thousands of people (CGI Animators and motion capture actors) will be losing their jobs.
Do any of you even care about comic book artists getting their art stolen by AI?
People don’t have any sort of respect for artists nowadays… I swear this world makes me sick… everything is created to product faster and cheaper, where is this leading us???
@@baudray5332 IKR! Just look at what's happening in comic art. I think AI can have useful benefits but not this.
@@baudray5332fr this comment section makes me feel so depressed about our future. Life without art is crazy
Playing with things we don't understand
If this displaces the Uber rich Hollywood stars I think that could be a good thing in the world.
What's good about that?😊
putting faces on stunt doubles sounds like a really good idea
Lies again? Spend more time with family with more efficiency and higher rate of success
If not for artificial intelligence, Hollywood wouldn’t have any intelligence at all!!! Well somebody had to say it!😂
Lol!
Ai 🤣😂
This would be great for that new Lilo and Stitch real life version.
Hollywood horror movies always begin with jokes and laughing people that are utterly excited about their new adventure until something really really frightening happens to them immediately afterwards. I don't think the reality is different from that. IA will soon rear its ugly head.
These things have happened since humanity existed: whenever there is a new invention or discovery, people use it for both good and evil, they may or may not be prepared for it, but always, always, these stages are overcome and the Human society is still here, standing. It is always said that it will be the end of the world when these things happen but in the end they don't happen (besides they are exaggerated, of course)... and I think that with what you write here, it means that you are afraid because you are not prepared for these changes, but that's okay, because it's normal and even natural.
The Thing Is Humans Are So Arrogant That They'll Believe That Ai Can Just Be Programed And Everything Will Be Fine.. 🙄🤫🤣
Can someone explain where was the “AI” versus better green screen, faster cpu, video overlay. I remember facial recognition used points on the face to reference an identity. I did not see any thing the computer did that showed independence… see said “algorithm” but that is a process that is followed.
I'm more concerned about the company named DeepVoodoo!
😳 me tooooo!
Yeah I know right
yeah
When CGI came along many whined about job losses and how they "wouldnt pay to see fake computer generated scenes" but look how massive it is and what it made possible. Progress is unstoppable....you can try but will get left behind
Yet another reason pushing us towards and to advocate for UBI. It is only a matter of time.
Yep less than ten years. Prob. five...

Love how ai tech taking over jobs that humans need. Life is wonderful :)
so much progress

I swear this world makes me sick 😔
Back in 1800s we had armies of diggers - literally that's all these dudes did all day long. We invented an excavator - now people can do other, more fulfilling jobs. Unless you still want to be digging. Something to think about..
@@CellarDoorCS but how being an actor, an artist or a singer is comparable to being a digger ? Diggers used to hate their job, and only did it to get a salary so they wouldn’t end up in total misery. The issue is that nowadays, AI are replacing jobs that humans love…. But AIs are supposed to help us (like technology did with the diggers) not replace us.
@@CellarDoorCS they aren't the same thing, though. Maybe the situation is similar in some ways but if AI can do 80% of jobs then what jobs are the 80% of people that got fired going to do?
Well now actors who are more so on the ugly side, might actually be more so on the famous side. Because they will finally be able to show their talent , even if they arent oh so beautiful.
Less vanity. Sounds wonderful.
Reminds me of a movie called The Congress with Robin Wright.
Goodbye, Actors. Avatars don't need a salary to live! 😉😉 More profit for the Hollywood producers and less Ferrari and Lamborghini for the Actors.
Nah, ur being sarcastic right?
"AI is like a Tsunami that threatens to flood us if we are not mindful."

Book recommendation: "MINDFUL AI: Reflections on Artificial Intelligence."
It's a great thing that everyone can make a film about themselves and their lives. They can unleash their imagination into reality, with people, circumstances, and events they want to experience. In fact, everyone could watch their own movie and create hypothetical scenes they would like to live in reality. Then people could be in the spotlight themselves
Im so terrified.
I don’t deal with any product with voodoo in its title.
Deep voodoo😂 I think it may be a play on words
So true ❤ a lot of changes in Hollywood we need to adopt to it
We can’t fight it
This is our new reality
No, we need to start an anti-AI group, /protests
Yes
No wonder they don't care about the strike. They can bring back Tupac and Bruce Lee , put them in a buddy cop movie, and let Charlton Heston, and
reboot the Taken franchise
So this is what started a Strike?
Cool and scary at thr same time
I don't know about this. I would still use prosthetics and CGI suits for verification. Then again, if we were to use Brainiac in a live action superman film, AI could be used to make the special effects generate faster for his looks.
Awesome 😎
Good. Actors have been flaunting their annoying politics in our faces for far too long. Anything that hurts their profession is a good thing.
Did anyone see the movie Looker?
AI Movie Stars or AI Movie Star is a great brand to own
This is kinda scary
1:11 that was weird 👁️
Honest question: Will Mocap still be relevant?
AI? Well, only as good as it was programmed. I would be scared if a sentient intelligence appears.
the best and brightest program it. so dont worry

So is AI able to think for itself or does it respond based on preprogrammed information?

Good! Outside of the shows and movies, real actors are just obnoxious.
Nevermind actors wait till it comes to our jobs. Finance, Law, Retail, the list is endless of what its capable of my friend.

I remember this kind of panic and uneasiness when desktop computers first came on the market. People worried then that soon nobody would have a job because computers and robots would be doing all of the work. That didn't happen, the current unemployment rate is 3.5%
Now, AI is the trendy new thing to freak out about. Some people look really, really hard to find something to upset them.
Tbf though a.i. has way more chance to actually take peoples jobs than just a computer. Like this is the next step from computers to advance to where.they eventually can.
AI can take a person's job by performing tasks that were previously done by humans, such as decision-making, data analysis, customer service, and even creative work. Unlike a computer, which is limited to performing specific programmed tasks, AI can learn from data and adapt to new situations, which allows it to perform a wider range of tasks and operate more independently. This can result in greater efficiency and cost savings for companies, but it can also lead to job displacement for workers whose jobs are now being performed by AI.
Artificial intelligence (AI) systems are designed to learn and work independently by using algorithms and statistical models to analyze and interpret large amounts of data. This process is known as machine learning, which allows the system to identify patterns and make predictions based on the data it has analyzed.
The system is trained on a large dataset, which contains examples of the task it is designed to perform. For example, if the AI is designed to recognize images of cats, it would be trained on a large dataset of cat images. During training, the system uses algorithms to identify the common features and characteristics that make an image a cat, and it uses this information to make predictions on new, unseen images.
Once the AI system is trained, it can work independently by using its algorithms to make predictions or decisions based on the data it has analyzed. The system can continue to learn and improve over time as it is exposed to more data and is given feedback on its performance.
However, it is important to note that AI systems are only as good as the data they are trained on and the algorithms used to analyze that data. They can also be affected by bias or errors in the data or the algorithms, which can impact their accuracy and effectiveness.
Reducing bias and errors in AI systems is a complex and ongoing challenge that requires a multi-faceted approach. Here are some ways that can help:
Diverse and inclusive teams: Building diverse and inclusive teams can help reduce bias in AI systems. Teams with a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can identify and address biases that might not be apparent to others.
Ethical frameworks: Developing ethical frameworks that guide the design and development of AI systems can help prevent harmful consequences. These frameworks can help ensure that AI systems are developed in a responsible and ethical manner.
Robust testing: Thoroughly testing AI systems before deployment can help identify and address errors and biases. Testing should involve diverse data sets and scenarios to ensure that AI systems work as intended and do not cause unintended harm.
Transparency and explainability: AI systems should be transparent and explainable to their users. This means that users should understand how the system works and why it makes certain decisions.
Continuous monitoring and evaluation: AI systems should be continuously monitored and evaluated for bias and errors. Regular evaluations can help identify and address issues as they arise, rather than waiting until they cause harm.
It's worth noting that eliminating all bias and errors in AI systems may not be entirely possible. However, by using the above techniques, we can significantly reduce their impact and ensure that AI is used in a responsible and ethical manner.
It's not possible to remove all bias and errors from AI systems because these systems are designed and trained by humans who have their own inherent biases and limitations. Additionally, AI systems are fed with large amounts of data which may contain biases, inaccuracies or errors that can affect their performance. However, efforts are being made to mitigate the effects of bias and errors in AI, such as using diverse datasets, implementing algorithms that can detect and correct biases, and increasing transparency and accountability in the development and deployment of AI systems.

When using Ai in movies, why pay more for movies, when there will be no more effects costs for programmers, because they will de facto pay money to create one organization that owns artificial intelligence at a time when many young people want to be programmers, scams on people go leap forward, us vs. machine factories

See these robots are the reason god is punishing the world with this weather
I am not aware of any widespread belief that robots are the reason for extreme weather conditions. It is possible that some individuals may hold this belief due to a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the causes of climate change. However, the scientific consensus is that human activity, such as the burning of fossil fuels and deforestation, is the primary cause of climate change. Robots and artificial intelligence do not have the capability to influence the climate or weather patterns on their own.
It's highly unlikely that robots or artificial intelligence would be responsible for the weather patterns or natural disasters. The weather is a natural phenomenon that is caused by a variety of factors, such as changes in the atmosphere, ocean currents, and other environmental factors. While technology may be able to help us better understand and predict the weather, it is not capable of creating or controlling it. Similarly, natural disasters like earthquakes, tsunamis, and hurricanes are the result of geological and meteorological processes, and not the result of artificial intelligence or robots.
It's climate change
not a robot.
Now the Americans will definitely visit the moon. Unless artificial intelligence refuses to lie like humans. :)

What do you think will happen to poverty, crime rates, forced migration, peace and equality in general after we launch a livable minimum wage, universal education, universal healthcare, universal basic income and universal internet, raising the starting point of capitalism from zero, we'll let you die with no money, to a level of life with dignity, reducing societal daily fears on a massive scale and freeing us to welcome the automation revolution with open arms rather than with fear and great harm? 😃 #EqualityMovement #BLM #EmpowerEveryone
