All depends on the quality of the scenery but have some ideas about this going forwards , the fiddle Yard in the lower level will be quite something when complete
Can you help me with information on transitions top and bottom? Is there a calculation for length and curvature to avoid lifting or beaching on long locos or stock. Thank you l.
The door has been fitted with insulation but the layout is a considerable distance above the floor so it doesn’t concern me, may get a draught excluded fitted for next winter
Incline is looking great! Are you planning anything to protect for any derailments on the incline? I am looking at putting something in place to protect just I case. Interested if you have any thoughts? Cheers, Rob
Derailment protection is in place, detailed video to follow on the build itself and the safety features implemented. Putting it in depends on how far you are willing to let your rolling stock fall from.
How could anyone put a thumbs down 👎 on this fantastic construction of a super model railway 👍🏻
this is going to be quite some layout. the incline works very well

Nice when it all works out , with no problems , include can be a pain unless built properly
A lot of time spent planning before building paid off indeed
what's wrong with the Volume, why can't we hear the trains going round?
Are you concerned about damp coming through the garage door? Or has it been sealed?
