I couldn't believe it when I woke up Monday morning and my email was full of "ADT Security Detects unusual activity, front door was left open at 3:52 a.m." notifications. That's LITERALLY how I learned they moved in! Definitely a case of "let's do this before he changes his mind!"

They are golfers, and golf is an expensive sport; especially when you’re traveling all over the world and playing the most prestigious courses the world has to offer! Not to mention the fact that they’re young men who are full of energy, and probably spend money, like crazy, for their channel! On top of all that, we’re in a recession right now, and they need to save their money! Altogether, I’d say the boys at Good Good are doing a fantastic job, and they’ve earned everything they have. Especially with Brookside (pga) being so close.
That's a main reason I didn't want to sell it for the offer I got. Don't want to rent it to the general public because it's pretty nice inside and don't want it to get destroyed. HOA will likely outlaw VRBO and corporate leases so here we are!

Bubbie I live in North Carolina as well and I wish you would buy this lit up par three course near me. I remember playing from mid day to midnight there under the lights. It was so much fun and I could see a guy like you in your position being able to bring it back and better than it was. I know you could find so many ways to benefit from it
