Hey bro! Excellent video thanks! When you’re calculating the 200 pieces sold, why do you add $6.50 to calculation? You trynna get the profit or the sales in that case?
Totally awesome... Bro plz make a video on first product...as you might know every alibaba supplier want 500 or more item order...thats why can you make the video- how much should i order at first, what should be the weight, how to Handel seller as a first buyer...
Awesome video Dan! I would love to see one with sea shipping timeframes considered if possible.
Thank you Jed, and agreed! Definitely doing a revision of this one soon
@@DanRodgers I agree please do one with ocean shipping
Do you have like a flow projection spreadsheet that we could use?
Can you make a video on how to project a loan to support an already existing profitable product (loan payments timeline breakout, personal cash needed to fund the loan/product, ROI of product timeline, etc)? It would be really helpful if you can break out the projections with all your #'s and easy-to-follow explanation.
When you were talking about lead time at 5.02, is that including both production/manufacturing time and shipping time (5 weeks / 35 days) or just the production/manufacturing time? Was just asking because at 8.43 you said you have another 5 weeks before paying the other 70%. If it is including both don’t you have to pay the supplier as soon as the order is ready (before shipping) example: 14 days production and 21 days to ship= 35 days, so you pay the other 70% in 14 days/2 weeks once the order is ready…. or can you pay the 70% to the supplier once it is delivered/at Amazon, depending on the terms/shipping terms DDP etc. Maybe I misunderstood something. Thanks
JJ Sales good question. This depends on the payment terms you negotiate with the supplier. If you negotiate pre-shipment final payment, then you will pay the final 70% straight after manufacturing before the shipping the goods (Eg. 4 weeks). If you negotiated post-shipment final payment then it would be after shipping the goods (Eg, 5 weeks = 4 weeks manuf. + 1 week air shipping).
wait sellers get back their cost of goods? how does that work? where can I read more about that?
This is a perfect fantasy!
What about the refund costs, the warehousing costs and all this invisible things that eat the profits?
What you described is the perfect scenario which it doesn't exists anymore.
Was that Seth Kniep with you in the intro?
Hey Olga! Sorry I missed this comment, yes, that's Seth :)
As a great teacher that you are, could you do a video not videos on keyword, PPC, indexing, ranking, ACoS etc etc???
Hey myfeloje! Yes, we can do this for sure, making a note of it now, those all fit well together for one video
