I’m so happy seeing all the love in the comments for Libbie! This was one of my favorite days in the studio. Just when I think I couldn’t love all the hunnies more, Libbie comes on and delivers this! Thank you for telling your story, thank you for being being so open and vulnerable, thank you for always making me laugh, THANK YOU for just being you Libbie❤ I hope you realize the true happiness and light you bring to this world!
She was awesome. It can't be easy to bring this stuff up. What an amazing person.
I love you Libbie!!!!
Was that your laugh at the end? 🤣😅
Kirsten you're the shit just like all of these guests. We love you too.
She's the QUEEN for many of us hunnies ✨️
Seeing this side of libbie was refreshing yet so sad. She is so strong and brave. I never knew her story. She is a national treasure. Let’s protect her at all costs.
This!!
Slop city podcast!!!!
@@tammijo Seems to get political a lot so I haven’t gotten on the band wagon
@@kayleighrussell421 not at all, they may bring up stuff now and then but I’m in agreement with what they say so it doesn’t bother me.
@@tammijo 👍🏻
Please please have Libbie on again. She has so much more story to tell! I just love her!
This was an unexpectedly great interview! Libbie is definitely a fan favorite, but this gave us a glimpse into her life we haven’t really seen before in the spotlight. Thanks for being so open and vulnerable, Lib! And thanks for being an open and interested host and interviewer Ryan! Great stuff
No clue who she is, never even heard of her
Fan favorite? I've never once heard of her
@Grom-rl8bm right? Like who is she lol fan favorite. The fans don't even know who she is.
@@l3joint she is a fan favorite of HER crew/following. Which include Chelcie Lynn, Paige Ginn, Jeremiah Watkins, etc. Libbie has been around for a long time and I guarantee you’ve seen a viral clip of her in the last 10 years without realizing it.

This show really allows people to feel comfortable while being vulnerable. I have to think that’s a reflection of the type of person Ryan is. Great job to both of you and especially to Libbie for telling her story. Love this show
Libbie is the best! A true gem. She doesn’t get the recognition she deserves trailing in Chelcie’s spotlight
There's room for all at the table 🙃🥰 I know that's how each person in that hilarious circle of loving friends feels. Libbie is on her own incredible and unique path with her comedy career and public life. I couldn't agree more though, a true gem 💖 such a treat to experience her this way!
For Ryan to be able to be that comfortable and not make this convo weird or sad is a fucking superpower. You are the man Ryan!!!👊👊👊
Ryan is the best with sensitive information.
Where the trailer tales fans at???
👍 also slop citizen
❤
Yes!
Here!!!!!!
Let's do a pact 🤚
I already know about the SA but I’m literally crying at the part when Libbie is talking about enjoying the abuse even though you know it’s wrong. Omg I’m so sorry that happened. It was never your fault hunnies no matter how you may have felt. My heart breaks for you and all the others that went through that. I’m sooo very proud of you for being able to talk about it. Thank you for sharing the good and the awful with us. You deserve all the love you get. I’m glad to be alive the same time as you Libbie. I love you bunches!! 💜🪻💜🪻💜🪻
This was a phenomenal episode! Props to Libbie for being so open and honest about her childhood. This is a very common occurrence within families that A LOT of people can relate to! So, thank you Ryan and Libbie for a very honest and therapeutic conversation that will help many people...including myself❤❤❤
I’ve been a fan of Libbie for years and learned so much about her during this interview. She has so much strength and such a great heart. Thank you for sharing your story, Libbie, and thanks for a great interview, Ryan!
She’s definitely handling it beautifully. Instead of being a victim she’s getting on
I was abused by my brother for the first 8 years in my new home after I was adopted at 2. It stopped when my mother put us on opposite ends of the country. He was 8 years older than me and at 41 I have my first boyfriend who actually protects and cares for me
I just love Libbie so much! This pod made me love her even more! To be so vulnerable too! As a fellow child SA survivor, thank you for this Libbie! 💗
Oh wow..I am so glad you had Libbie on..I had no idea about her struggles. Stay strong Hunnies…you’ve came along way!! We need a Libbie part 2 show… Thanks Ryan!
Big love to libbie ❤ I recognize the pain in her beautiful face. Many survivors walk around with that heaviness. Wish you peace Libbie.
Love me some Libbie Higgins!🥰
I like her character in trailer tales.
I absolutely love her as herself. Awesome, strong person
Libbie Higgins... truly a gift to the world! I ABSOLUTELY love and adore tbis woman... hearing all this about her life breaks my heart! God, I wish I could hug her so tight! Im struggling to find the words honestly. I will always need more Libbie content! Much love hunnies!
As someone working in mental health and pursuing clinical social work, I really appreciate Ryan’s breakdown of how childhood trauma can continue impacting your life (around 20 minutes). The Body Keeps the Score is another great resource on trauma!
I'm over here crying at work, what a brave, strong, beautiful soul. Thank you for sharing your story Libbie
I loved this episode so much, I hung onto her every word. Awesome per always!
After scissor bros ended and trailer tales began I've been catching every episode to keep supporting Jerm. Actually really enjoy it now and look forward to it every week. Excited to watch this one!
Trailer tales is trash 🗑
@@armandocarranco8265Can only expect 🗑 from the trailer park. 🤡📢
is there a reason you feel the need to say this out loud?
@@armandocarranco8265
@@armandocarranco8265 So are you.
Kristen is the new Nadav. 🤣🤣🤣
Trailer Tales is one of my favorite new pods..love Libbie ❤
Awww Hunnies!!! Kirsten and the fam know what’s up!!
Love this for Libbie❤
Libbie is one of my favorite people and such a great comedian. Love ya hunnies. ❤❤❤ thank you for sharing your story.
Thank you for sharing your story. You are brave, you survived something that should never happen to anyone, let alone a child. I understand how it can totally fuck up your life, your self image, how you interact with others. You are an amazing woman and deserve all the good that has come your way and will continue to come your way. You are a survivor.
I've never heard of Libbie but I'm now in love with her! What a kind, gentle, strong soul. Going to go check out her stand up right now!
You may know her as Carla, the McRib lady!
@@jeffakajp From a commercial or skit? If it's a commercial from the last 12 years, I probably didn't see it. Lol.
Thank you for this candid interview, Libbie. Your honesty is refreshing. I truly appreciate it.
Thank you Libbie for sharing your story and being so vulnerable. Your strength and ability to overcome is remarkable! We love you hunniez!
That was the funniest emotional wrap I've seen on this show 😂 love this woman
I love Libbie. She’s so funny, sweet, and versatile.
I love Libbie! Thank you for being so brave and for talking about this. So articulate.
Thank goodness! Hey libbie!! Get her out on the pods more she is so sweet and funny. Love her energy❤ Ryan handled this with absolute kindness and support and alittle laughter to help lighten the vibe. Thank you for sharing your story.
I love you Libbie! I grew up super emotional too and I still am. I cry so easily. We are highly sensitive people - and that’s okay 🩷 it’s beautiful!
Ryan explains that laughter is for the voctims comfort not for others is so GOOD!! Like I'm sorry my trauma and my trauma response is uncomfortable for you❤❤ I love how deep these talks get. He does the BEST interviews he asks the questions no one else does ans really gets to the root of the person. I watch the vid with Chelcie soo many times because he asked great question got deep but has the best sense of humor
I wish I would have watched this sooner! I would love to hear from Libbie again it's so helpful to hear from other's with OCD
Thank you to Libbie for baring her soul. I relate to her experiences in childhood.
Libby, you’re ability to be vulnerable is a part of what makes you so strong. I’ve always loved watching you. Your story is very relatable to a lot of people and not a lot of people talk about this. Love you hunnies ❤
We love you Libbie!!!
What a kind, gentle soul. Love you, hunny!!! This woman and Chelcie are a treasure in this shitstorm of a world we are living in.
God I love this woman!
She's so genuine and obviously, hilarious
Great interview Ryan and thanks to Libbie for being so honest and inspiring ❤
Been following Libbie since her super early days (Her "Bartyyyyy, your mothers stuck on the toilet!" almost killed me 😂 ). What an amazing person she is, to survive through her trauma and kick ass at life ❤
❤❤❤I Love you Libbie, Thank you so much for opening up and telling a part of your story. New subscriber here Ryan... You have one of the Greatest laughs i have ever heard. 😂😂😂 You're such a sweetie.
I love Libby so much, this was real and vulnerable and I loved every second.
Thank you Ryan for being so gentle with our Libbie! So heartbroken she had to go through this trauma! 🥺🫶🏼
Wonderful!! It made me so incredibly happy to hear that Libbie would get to tell her 16 year old self that she gets to meet New Kids on The Block! 😊❤
Thank you for sharing your story Libbie 💞 so so glad you’re standing tall and strong today 💪
Great interview.... Libbie is awesome..... a great human... hugs to Libbie..... 💖
Libbie is my Rock Star, such a treasure!
My mom loved The Thorn Birds! Richard Chamberlin! Wow blast from the past.
Offically going to start watching Trailer Tales. This lady is such a great human!
Her character Crystal is the funniest!
I ❤ Libbie so much and have been a fan for years! Great interview!!
I needed this. A lot of the things she talked about I could relate with and needed to hear. Except it was my step dad and not my brother.
Shame and guilt is the worst thing to have to live with. I'm 32 and still have shame a guilt when I shouldn't, and he was caught when I was 12. 20+ years of feeling shame, guilt, and grossed out living in this meat vessel. I didn't realize till in my 20s that my step dad, my predator, gave me my first almost everything. And that was hard to live with. Separating yourself from the acts your predator did is extremely hard. Thanks for this episode Ryan! I need this mentally. And thanks Libbie for being sooooo brave and sharing your story. I don't feel so alone in my thoughts.
💜🙏💪🏻
You are loved. You're worthy of love and happiness, you're a brave soul for being able to speak on such atrocities and to continue living your life. I'm a 26 year old man currently bettering my life and I truly do look up to people that have been through such terrible things but don't give up and continue to do their best each and every day. Much peace and love to you and yours ❤
Related with Libbie and @whootywhoots so much. I found great relief and benefits from processing my trauma with an EMDR therapy. The feeling she describes when seeing the street sign with her brothers name used to happen to me and trigger a physical response I couldn't avoid. Between EMDR and a lot of intentional physical/somatic grieving, I am a new person on the inside. Thank you Ryan for being a safe/comfortable person people can open up to!
❤
So sorry for what you’ve been thru sister.
First episode of the dew I’ve watched in a while. Tuned in just for the lib. Did not disappoint
Libbie Hibbins ❤❤❤ You are soooo beautiful and brave. I am kinda a new fan, but since I’ve found you and your whole crew my life has gotten so much happier. You bring so much joy, laughter and love into the world. Thank you for all you do. This just makes me love you more ❤❤❤
Slip citizen reporting for duty. Great episode!
Loved this podcast, and appreciated Libbie for being so open and honest because damn I related with her on a lot of stuff. Helps people feel less alone know others you look up to deal with the same stuff. Love you Libbie!
After hearing her story. I do view her different but in a good way?? Bc she went through something so horrific and I love to listen and learn from people who have been through real life sh*t! Good for her!
Love Libbie, and am so happy she is able to tell her story. She is a gem of a human ❤
Libbie is an inspiration to so many. Thank you for sharing your story hunnies❣️❣️
Highly sensitive people are needed in a world of insensitive people and people with standard typical levels. Also, exploring our traumas is incredibly important to knowing why our life turned out the way it did and then what to do with it.
I love Libbie so much. The kindest soul and an absolute comedic genius. So grateful to her for sharing her story. So much love and respect for this brilliant woman. queen
Also, looking so beautiful, hunnies. I'm obsessed
Libby thank you for opening up about your life I love you!😘
I’ve adored Libbie for years. Thank you for this interview and thank you Libbie, hunnies, for sharing so much of yourself with us. Also please know I just turned 50 also, am a survivor of trauma as well, and I got tingly over Richard Chamberlain as a priest also 😭😭😭
