I hate to say it because she is actually a really cool and funny person and I don’t want to victim blame, but she was warned about the dude and his HIV and she knew everything beforehand, so sadly everything she did and went through was basically her own fault… But I’m pretty sure she would agree with me because she isn’t delusional and in denial about what she did.

That’s what I’m referring to, not this particular situation where she is aware. When someone knows their positive status and still has unprotected sex without disclosing in advance, without giving their partner the choice and the chance to make an informed decision
