Looks like a handy tool. Don't worry Gavin, you will put on weight sooner than you think. I was built like you at your age. I weighed 170 when I joined the air force. It is crazy the root system some of those had.
George, George, George of the jungle watch out for that tree. Great job guys. No young man around here would try this tool, even if it came with a USB port.
Yeah those box elders have a serious tap root, more than the walnut/ hickory? that pulled easier. I deal with box elders by cutting below grade and covering with plastic and dirt to prevent the suckers from sprouting. But those gadgets you borrowed from Tony are pretty cool and your demonstrations were a very good product review.
@@BertsCustomCuts 👍and the reason I look at multiple reviews not everyones experiences are the same as it seemed to work good for Tony in his particular situation. have you tried the Brush Grubber Shrub/Clump Grubber type chains in combo with a farm hilift jack or the Gehl or Kioti?
Hi Bert!!😀😀
You will have to strap a backpack full of rocks on Gavin so he weighs enough to do the job. LOL!!
May have to do that next time.
Great work with the extraction bars!! More leverage would help!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Yes more leverage would help.

They definitely didn't give up easy.

Gavin likes to work and be outside.
Man you two just evicted Wisconsin’s state weed the Boxelder!😂😂 great job guys!!👍👍
Another state weed is Lilys of the valley.
I like that idea Bert... A 4ft cheater bar would help on the leverage I'm thinkin... or more rocks in your pocket!
Or do both.
I am not sure about some Tony tools. Looks like the tractor worked good.
I'll have to try my brush puller on the other ones sometime soon.
Well done Bert.
Thanks for watching
Good work Bert and Garvin very hard work nice video ( Ty Ron

Yup some pull easier than others. These all grew thru plastic that was under the mulch.
Thought about buying one of these. I think this demo showed I’ll keep looking.
Saw one called Pullerbear that looks interesting
It did work. Sandy soil would work better. I feel if we did it first thing in spring, it would pull them out better.
Rocky nasty soil here in NE PA
Gavin did way better than my 16 year old would have. Knowing my kid he would have wound up hooking the fence post and started pulling.
I think they would work to pull fence posts too.
They really dug their roots down the soil🥵
We pulled some out last year with the tractor, and some got cut off.
Bert will have to be careful when telling Gavin to eat more. LOL Groceries aren't cheap.
His doctor said he needed to feed his machine. He can eat a lot.
Nice of Tonys Cool Tools to borrow the tool, somehow I do not think the manufacturer will be linking to your video as a promotional video.
Thats fine. Honest opinions are always better.

I have one. I will do a video with it sometime.
Those look like sumac, they are miserable with a horrible root system. They will keep coming back.
Boxelder, and im sure they will come back.
