🤘🙌. At first I had two circles, one at 20' and one at 30'. 20 for the shorter throws and 30 for the longer ones. I just wanted circles at distances that were a good level of difficulty. I ended up adjusting it to one 24' circle to save set up time lol, it is still large enough to where I should get over half of my long throws in and then most of my short ones in. But yes I should make a 24' almost 100% of the time too, just hadn't thought of it like that

Hi Ezra, this was a great video, I have one question tho, do you have any specific tips to really excel in gettting better in a short amount of time because I’m going to try to grind this off season and be more successful next season

as a general idea i agree with a lot of your approach to practice however you seem to be missing an element in that you should research random vs. blocked practice. random translates more to rounds as well as in other sports as long as youre making the most of the random practice and not "turning off your brain"

You trying to share that spreadsheet? :D
I added the spreadsheet as a link in the description!
as a general idea i agree with a lot of your approach to practice however you seem to be missing an element in that you should research random vs. blocked practice. random translates more to rounds as well as in other sports as long as youre making the most of the random practice and not "turning off your brain"
Anything that you plan on changing in this off-season??
Putting audio in fast speed "bink, bink, bink"
Man, I would love to have 10 ESP Raptors but I lose them so quickly 😂
