Ford really screwed up by discontinuing it, they don't have any idea how much that car was loved throughout Europe. All of that in the name of SUVs that other than being completely useless in older towns tight spaces are less affordable for the majority of us regular folks
Leider hat Ford bis jetzt nichtmal guten Ersatz im anderen Namen für den Fiesta geschaffen. Der Fiesta hat für mich gute Qualität, Sparsamkeit und einen sehr leisen, gemütlichen Innenraum. Ein Auto, was mir Spaß macht. Ich fahre ca. 25 Kilometer Strecke auf der Bundesstraße mit 100 kmh erlaubten Geschwindigkeit und habe einen Verbrauch von 4,8 bis 5 Litern. Autobahn mit 140 kmh Verbraucht er 5,7 bis 6,2 Liter als Benziner.❤
What a nice car! Shame it's not the manual version. Just forgive them guys at Ford because they don't know what they have done by ending this car instead of getting a new generation, although maybe it's better that way instead of them using the name for an SUV. In any case, keep up the good work Joe!
Shame we now want vehicles that have an off-road body, while they are completely infeasible to act in such environments. They are bigger, cost more, cause us to have false senses of safety (some crash like tinfoil bags). Fiestas have always been iconic looking. There was always a market for them. Not any longer. Nevertheless, stellar drive, Joe - as usual. The engine is overshadowed in noise by the tires' rolling and wind. Hmm ... guess there is an upside to automatics.

I had a 2015 Ford Focus with the DCT transmission and it was the worst.
This is a completely different gearbox and has been used on some BMWs and MINIs, it's much better than the old PowerShifts
I think they are running a VW sourced dct box now
Nope they are not, its a Getrag 7 speed wet DCT, as used in some BMWs and MINIs amongst others
