- This 15-minute guided breathwork meditation will help you slowly deepen your inhale while signaling to the vagus nerve that you're safe and relaxed. I offer guided instruction followed by intentional moments of silence to practice the relaxing breathing technique. Helpful for those comfortable with meditation and those getting used to being in silence.
For this nervous system reset practice I recommend sitting upright in a chair, against the wall or on the floor. Yoga pranayama helps us control and influence our life force to bring about change in mind and body. There's no way you can do this right or wrong, just follow along as we count the breath and relax together.
