The scary thing is that the myth of self esteem reigns in most of 90% of materials , videos, there should be more of this around!
The thing alot of people don't understand and practitioners don't teach self acceptance comes before self esteem/confidence.

My problem is my anxiety when people ask any personal questions. I don't know how to answer in a way that doesnt reveal that im a failure.
