Im shocked at how people dont liek the robotic side, im curious when you add liquid after disgorging. Could I use a brandy with a suoer high sugar content to get a sweat champagne? I dont see why not.
It is usually a base wine and depending on the sugar level you want to achieve, a bit of residual sugar (usually obtained by RCGM). You can search for liquer d'expédition.
