Its the most important thing to me. Im more baffled how I missed one EXTRA note! I started transcribing all of Allans material in order from the first IOU record on. So those are the dodgiest, if I don't go over them again. This was one I didn't think was a great lesson so I never really bothered with it. I did spend extra time on the tapping section to make sure that was legit. Only 4 lessons I wanna do left so I'm gonna go over them asap!
I love the originality of his chord voicings … they get overshadowed by his lead playing. But I cant think of anyone else who plays chords likes these on guitar… i could use an extra half inch on my finger length

@@bratman99 Well if you count the last note as an 8th note it certainly is a 4 beat phrase! Im pretty sure this is it because as I said its very similar to a common outside lick Allan employs pretty frequently.
@@TurrigenousOfficial I was actually thinking of that last note as a whole note at the beginning of the last of 4 measures, the first 3 being 4 quarter note measures...1234-1234-1234-1...i believe all 5 notes are there but it must mean there's a couple of eighth notes in there as well...
I like very much your channel, I look every video about analisys of holdsworth harmonies. It would be great if you analize the solo parts too,especially I would like to see a videos about none too soon album.
Thank you! I will only analize Allans charts if new ones become available. The solos themselves don't always tell the tale. Also I didn't do any songs off of None Too Soon because they're all covers. There also isn't a lot of Allan playing chords on it either.
