How to change front springs PEUGEOT 307 (3H) [TUTORIAL AUTODOC]

hallo there! can i raise my peugeot 307 sw 2007 diesel some cantimeters with longer springs?? or can i put some spacers at suspension rear and front?? i want moore ground clearence...
