sherrod mayberry the devs did try to make it for all rolls and it’s nice they added the resto to it and with healers already having shied cooldown mods it can be a benefit. I should have mentioned it in the video, I was thinking more for controllers and tanks initially in my mind

I should add an * to the video the Mannacles of Force will also be a valid consideration for healers with the 10% shield reduction and the innate resto increase. In my mind I was thinking for controller and tanks so didn’t think to bring it up at the time of recording

I'm elec heal, and I run Orb of Arion, Scrap of the Soul Cloak and Eye of Gemini, works really great for me, I never have any power problems.
same bro. i have plenty of resto and power without the demon fang. i destroyed it to make the eye of Gemini. those constant group transducers sure make the runs smooth

wow. I never realized how useless the Starheart was. When I removed it, I only lost 17 Resto points. I replaced it with the demon fang. So I'm using Orb of Arion, Demon Fang, and Scrap of the Cloak. I'm gonna replace the Cloak with the Eye of Gemini when I rank it up. Don't have the time to rank both of them up so I can only do 1 of the 2. Which one should I go for, the Scrap or Gemini?

Can you do a updated version of this? Or do a video showing which arts net the highest resto gain and what those do? Because I'm at CR316 and 495sp, but sitting at almost 49k resto(34 or so away) which is from what I hear like 8k resto lower then where I should be

Im sorry. I tried using orb or orion for the 2nd time and i cant do it. It just doesn't work for how i heal. Basically doubling the power cost and then you cant use your priority heal for several seconds until the pet goes away. I need to find something to where i can have more power

Great video. I have a question that is kind of off topic, but I was wondering if using Boo Junior or Lexcorp Bot was better for dps. I have both and unfortunately am missing the Sunken Rune from the summer event. Thanks!
On average I had Boo Junior being slightly higher on damage than the lexcorp. The difference isn't that significant but since Boo Junior will also give you the 246 might it becomes the much better option for damage than lexcorp will.
Which 3th artifect would u recommend for the sorc watcher build (=without supercharge)
I run omegahedron , scrap and eye of the gemini and its just infinite power and crazy fast sc , it works great especially as hybrid
what artifacts are people currently using? I just recently switched to water so I'm still working on building them up.

I know I don't play too much but many I ask as too why the demon fangs is so useful. I always found that there could be better options. Maybe it's just I feel like it's too little and with a good troll it seems that the little regen seems too small. Maybe I just don't see it.
Baelothon with a good troll it’s certainly not as needed but then the 5% resto comes into play being such a large increase. Not all trolls will be able to handle orb spam so it just allows you to take a bit of pressure off.

As a Celestial healer I run Orb of Arion, Demon Fang and Soul Cloak. Been debating whether to level up Gemini.
anthraxfan93 hopefully it gets patched eventually but at the moment the Gemini is strong but really only at 160 so it’s a big investment of nth metal cause it’s not worth it at 80 or 120 rank

@cl.ouds I don't like the whole meta behind the gemini supercharge cheese. It's fine for dps let them be creative and run it for extra damage but the way it works for tanks and heals is unnecessary and just game breaking in the long run.
Would you recommend the force of manacles for a a power like water for the shield cooldowns
it's certainly a possibility, I've seen the mannacles have success when used as a controller so water would be the same principal applied to tempest gaurd and bubble in addition to the accelerated bubble mod on top. Gemini is a bit awkward with water having to run Tranquil Pool but the power regen isn't too bad with water that you could have orb-mannacles-gemini etc
ObsidianChillDCUO I might switch back to water cuz I was thinking of that when they first came out but most people are scared to try things so I may have to give up sorcery or I might just stay sorcery not really a fan of water but it really is an op healer power imo

Yes. Imo Arion is situational depending on the powerset, instance you are running and the tank you are healing. I’d only use it for an atomic tank. Sometimes I don’t even use priority tbh and go with another burst heal but I’m a celest and mostly prefer using scrap/gemini/menacles solely for a 4 man shield. Scrap/Gemini plus dash attack as a healer is where it’s at tbh.
You don’t need the demon fang and or omegahedron to offset Orbs increased powercost. Instead of doing 6 attacks from the fang you could be healing instead. Just get the menacles to get resto, decreased shield cooldowns and unlike Arion it’s actually a clutch artifact that will actually allow you use your priority as needed without using extra power and waiting for 1.5 seconds for your pet.
Arion is good but doesn’t work great for all healing powersets and sucks if someone else in the group other than tank is being hit in which case you have to be reactive meaning you really can’t wait for your pet for 1.5 second to heal. If 2 or 3 dps and the tank are being hit by whatever the adds or mechanics at the same time and it’s not a mechanic like Sea Beast slam then it’s problematic unless you’re electric. And as far as power goes, more often than not you’d need to use priority back to back to heal back your dps and if they die and more often than not they WILL die if you 1.5 second for pet to heal despite you putting so much faith in it lol. It’s not really a clutch artifact and I’ve healed all latest elites as celesf. The extra healing the pet does is definitely helpful but it’s unnecessary because elites are mostly one or 2 shots, a 2 shot I could save by being reactive with priority but I highly doubt your pet will. Definitely a no go for celest in any elite and especially latest content, you could however use it as celest in doomsday raid and have great results but not all the mechanics at once. For water for sure I’d go with menacles. Power cost on Arion is very noticeable with all the mechanics and other people other than tank taking damage.

You can use it as a controller but there is a better option if you want to get the elite gear or at least 6 pieces for controller. The best case scenario for controllers is to run cloak-power harness-amulet and use this rotation and the 6 elite gear proc to work together with the parasite power harness. ua-cam.com/video/dNg0myG3L3s/v-deo.html skip to 5:01 if the link didn't take you there. The omega is useful as a controller and if you already have it leveled to 120+ then keep it and don't worry but if you want to be able to provide the most power to the group than it will be using the artifacts and rotation mentioned in all my controller breakdown vids.

Handblasters will have the best supercharge regen for healing. If you don't want to use hbs you can also use bow and do the flurry shot combo. Flurry Shot has the best power regen its just sightly slower for sc regen.

Please dont be a bunny hopping around like 90% of dcuo players do, not realizing that jump clip is dead. Pistols hands down my friend

The pet only heals you and one player, it only heals ones, its not like it stays there healing, i have orb but im thinking about going Starheart
Young Kings GG it always heals the lowest health player as it’s based on a priority heal so its not like it’s healing a useless player. It’s essentially another HOT you have every 9 seconds
I was using orb for ever with fang but the power cost is way to much!
What he said in the video is right. I healed a whole lot better without the starheart because it didn't give me a good amount of Resto as the Orb of Arion. I was using a bit more power, but that's because my sp is only 280 right now, so it's kinda low. Use Power mods in the generator to help.

Great videos! quick question for a water healer Orb at 160 looking for a massive power regen. I have enough to get both the demon fang and omegahedron to 120 or would I be better off with just taking the demon fang to 160? Thanks in advance and Happy New Year!
The demon fang to 160 would be more helpful. The omegahendron is ok but when I was using it at 160 it isn't that effective.. It's just something to help and since most healers should be running the gemini for the extra group supercharge meta the demon fang will always be a great #2 for healers.

how much restoration do you have
just over 23,000 I believe, my resto augments are around 200 and just have the purple set. Not as high as it should be with proper gear

soon :( it's what I am working on right now. I may have a trinket pet testing video come out before then for the seahorse and the brainaic pet including cr262 dmg updates on them not sure but it will either be pets then celestial or celestial then pets those will be my next 2 videos I promise

Water has a really good super charge for heal tho.
The supercharge isn't as good as the normal power rotation for water healing. The only reason why water heals would run a supercharge is using the new eye of the gemini artifact. Besides that tranquil pool or flood of power whichever you use is ok but not required.
ObsidianChillDCUO If you use solace of the sea, riptide, solace of the sea, super charge, solace of the sea, riptide, solace of the sea and then just spamming thusnami strikes. Doing that with goup members with the EOG artifact is op.
*super charge that removes cool down and gives full power back for the next idk 10 seconds.
