  • 白糖糕
    200g 冰糖 + 250g 清水
    1茶匙 速发酵母 + 2茶匙 清水
    250g 粘米粉 + 250g 清水
    (发酵 2小时)
    蒸之前加入一茶匙油
    大火蒸 30分钟

    Steamed rice cake
    200g rock sugar + 250g water
    1 tsp instant yeast + 2 tsp water
    250g rice flour + 250g water
    (Fermentation for 2 hours)
    Add a teaspoon of oil before steaming
    Steam on high heat for 30mins

    50g 杏仁片
    60g 南瓜籽
    20g 太阳花籽
    10g 黑和白芝麻
    少许盐
    80g 麦芽糖粉
    烤箱烤150°c , 15分钟

    Crispy Florentine Almond Pumpkin seed
    50g almond flakes
    60g pumpkin seeds
    20g sunflower seeds
    10g black and white sesames
    A pinch of salt
    80g Florentine powder
    Bake in the oven at 150°C, 15 minutes

    She is using AMC electric stove, I bought and after 10 months, when I invert it to grill the chicken wings, it turned off by itself. By the agent said that I have to pay over RM 800 to repair it. But still can use a stove.
    The Dried yeast or. Instant dried yeast have to keep in the freezer. Always stir with some water to check it is alive or dead. No bubbles after mixed with water, that means it is dead.
    My sister in law tried, said far too sweet, so she reduced to 150 gm sugar, turned out so good. If I make, I always add in Pandan leaves to boil with the syrup, much aroma.

      Not over 50 C otherwise it will kill the yeast

    My friend steamed said far too sweet, may be she used white sugar, that's why. So she reduced to 150 gm white sugar, turned out very nice.
