I like that you weighed the booster pack out of the sleeve as well.. The glue on the sleeve could be a variable.

I'm thinking the white codes are mostly closer to 22 grams or less, or there is certain weights that will give you a better idea... like 22.25 or something could tell you the type of rare inside but id have to weigh out my hits and 8 cards and a reverse holo to get more data.
I don’t think the weight of the pack in the sleeve is relevant due to variation in the amount of glue used, the lighter packs seems to have the hits ?
So these blisters that weigh 31 are usually hits?
I pulled Leafeon VMAX SA from a triple blister and Syvleon VMAX SA from my booster box. Best pulls so far. Chilling reign was trash to me lol

Found the white code card in my ETB to weigh .08-.1g heavier than blister pack.
Finally found some since the ban. But my first time was miscalculated I guess. They all came up 30.21 or 32.27
Just opened a booster box, weighed all the packs.. most were 22.45-22.46, three were 22.50+ and four were 22.20-22.25.
ALL OF THE HEAVY PACKS were trash, the lightest packs were trash and the 3 decent cards I pulled were from packs that weighed in that 22.45 range.
i bought sleeved packs from GameStop. they sent me all heavy packs

Had got 24 single packs from walmart. All were green codes only got four or five hits best was rayquaza vmax. Pretty bad
I just bought a bunch from target. All were green code cards even the umbreon v I got really weird. Also weighed them. 31.00 had all reverse holo. Where as the the 31.24 and 31.27 had 2 holos
Just opened three booster boxes but all my cards were green 🤔 got full arts, rainbows etc in green coats

Weighing packs don't work anymore in newer packs
I bought the entire 18 pack selection at rite aid and every single one green code
so they made the heavy packs duds lol i just got some steam seige i weighed and got some great cards i love cdoing the 1.00 packs at the dollar stores
I weighed mine and went with your weights for full art and got green card, my lightest pack was only a holo

The color of the code means something?
White and green means Holo or hit

I think the white code cards are lighter so light packs are the way to go

@@holy_banana_2248 Yes, white codes are lighter but in past sets like Vivid Voltage, Battle Styles Etc.. the lighter packs didnt mean automatic hits. I believe Pokémon is slacking on making weights inconsistent because they have been focused on production quantity!
@@digitaldash421 interesting, though I think I'm just gonna try to cop myself some shining fates. easily weighable and will do pretty good in the future as for as appreciating. it's a win win because i get good hits and keep some for the future.
@@holy_banana_2248 shining fates isn’t a bad buy. But if you are looking for ROI, Evolving skies will most likely be worth more.
I got a better way to look for good packs. It is to take a digital Micrometer caliper device and measure the thickness of the packs. Thicker is better.
Nice! Didn’t think of that, are the cheaper ones just as accurate as the 100 dollar ones?

I weighed out my sleeved packs and all the green codes were the heaviest, and no hits. Wish I didnt open them and just watched this video...
What section at your target do you weigh your packs?
you can't weigh these right unless you remove them from the package. the only packs you could weigh are the dollar tree ones
Ya, the amount of glue they use for the hangers differ. But I guess anything less than 31g wild Def worth scooping up

What are you weighing packs for?
To indicate if we can tell whats inside without opening it. It helps collectors know if they are being scammed buying single packs online. Or it helps sellers filter out the good packs and sell the crap

This set has the worst pull rates.
My first pack was alt art Glaceon!
And after 12 packs I got the Vmax alt art Rayquaza!

Heads up guys don't get screwed like me from Gamestop ordering 100 single packs online when they was on sale. I opened 30 of them all green code cards and it seemed like the cardboard was glued back together. I did get lucky though and pull a Alt art Espeon outta 30 and a couple full arts but nothing else good. So be AWARE cause gamestop want refund you when it's a deal sale apparently.
What cardboard you mean? The cardboard of the sleeve, or the cardboard of the cards themselves?
@@vagrantintel191 The spot where you open it up was glued back together. Someone opened them weighed the packs and resealed it.
@@ClanDarkassasins Interesting. I'm pretty sure GameStop wouldn't do that, so it's likely they were on sale because they were returned product, and the person who returned yours weighed them and resealed them to return to GameStop. I know the website doesn't let you return Pokemon TCG products, but some stores do in some situations, so maybe they send their returned product to corporate to resell at a discount.

Are the white code cards right? Anything below or above is green, at least for me, pulled two white around 31 and 30 and pulled one holo and V card
ayo every batch is different from my experience it's not a definitive answer like most are looking for. i'm not gonna explain my method in detail but there is a specific method to find the hits that is guaranteed
