Thank you. Reps and Certs should be pretty straight forward. Check the appropriate boxes for your company. If you are registered in SAM, you have also already completed them with out your knowing. Login to your SAM account, view entity, and click next through the pages until you see the button (around halfway between all the pages) where you can download your FAR and DFAR report. Download and save to a folder and you will have your Reps and Certs ready to go.
So these are also necessary not just the SOW, Pricing sheet, and instructions to offer ? I feel like this gov contracting thing is so difficult to understand how to bid properly
Great information pimp. Keep reposting this and dont let the channel die. Just repackage the same content. People will pay for this. Just start with $50/half hour calls to review proposals and give your suggestions. It will mostly be the same questions over and over.
When filling out the sf 1449 #23 & 24 which are unit price and amount is it only the base period pricing entered or should the options be included as well
I used to work for a defend company which doing contract with Army division for five years. Then I quit job about two years. Can I use this job for my company past performance ?

What is the size standard? Is that the ball park price that the contract should be?
After the packet is complete, how is the bid submitted? email it back to the contracting officer listed on the solicitation?
Typically they are emailed unless directed to mail. These types of questions can be asked to the contracting officer since every bid is different
