@@CampfiresandColdBeersyes nice setup but doesn't look like you know how to set it up. I am very surprised the tent didn't melt or worse catch on fire not a single spot on the tent is taught. A slight wind change will put the tent against the stove.
There's no way in hell that I would sleep in that tent set up the way it is in the video !!!
Appreciate the concern! The tent was staked down in 7 spots with 6 more guy out points. I wouldn't set up the stove unless it was safe either.

Nice job, buddy! What under quilts are those? Yeah the condensation in that tent is a bit much. It’s not bad when it’s frozen but if you start the wood stove up in the morning you get a bonafide rainforest!
Thanks! One Tigris as well, a '3 season" and a cold weather rated. They've been my go to brand for a few years now, decent gear that doesn't break the bank.
Which is why I'm so surprised that tent had no vents! They aren't new to hot tents.
Since you have the same tent. What I might do is untie the zippered section for the hammock straps and manually unzip that upper section.

How sturdy is the tent in the wind?
It's pretty decent to be honest, With limited trees to tie it off to it was set up a pretty rough.
However 6-8 ground stakes and 6 guy lines on the sidewalls made it pretty solid.

Where did you find that beer?
Beau's Brewery in Vankleek Hill Ontario. They have some beers available at groceries in Quebec, but I'm about a 30-40 minute drive away from the source 😁

Can you tell us what your sleepng bag is/was? and your thought on it?
I like to try a piece of gear a few times before giving my thoughts.
But it's a 0C/32F mummy sleeping bag from Mountain Warehouse. All my sleeping bags are rated for warm weather or -20C/0F and below. I needed something in between around the freezing point that was also more compact. I'm hoping this does the trick!
@@CampfiresandColdBeers I just bought a bag from them called a light down filled that I'm taking to Africa (their winter) so your bag peaked my interest.
