She should have asked for the custody of the children bcos they are still under age & I believe that's why The Judge was her what she want. And she ask for the custody of the children, Judge will grant it & compel the be responsible for all the necessary bills. She can't take custody because the man was always looking out for what she is not doing right and complaining that she is not properly taking care of the kids. The Judge's assertions are very disappointing 🤦🏽♀️. Failure to identify the man's controlling behaviour, sexual assault and abuse. The woman said the only reason she doesn't want custody of the children is because the man has threatened to stop providing for the children if they come to her🤦🏽♀️. This is awfully shameful and disappointing.
I understand your sentiment, but the law doesn't work like that. The court cannot give you what you didn't ask for. If you noticed the judge gave her ample opportunity to amend her claim by asking for custody irrespective of the man's threat of negligence, but being naive, she didn't take the hint. The man is a freaking narcissist.

They were in court for child custody, not criminal charges against them so the judge couldn't do anything about any other charges.

I feel sad for the lady, this moron just ruin her life. I feel like the lady isn't financially independent that's why this guy was able to cheat her. From a professional level, the lady needs psychological support because of the aftermath of this judgement. She is not really happy with the judgement, feels cheated, used and dumped. The guy should be lucky, this didn't happen in the western world, he would have paid dearly with his finance
