Radio Silence to get an ex back is similar to the No Contact Rule.
So what's different between Radio Silence and the No Contact Rule?
In this video, Coach Lee explains that Radio Silence and the No Contact rule share similarities in how someone who has been broken up with uses them.
They both leverage your absence and your ex having to experience real consequences from their decision to breakup.
When you stop contacting your ex, stop begging and pleading for them to take you back and basically disappear then they can actually have a sense of loss.
It takes a little bit of time for them to experience the feeling of loss because right after the breakup they are relieved that they got it over with and are determined to move on without you.
But as time passes, that relief subsides and they can miss you.
Radio Silence and No Contact both mean that you don't reach out to your ex - though you don't ignore them if they reach out to you.
Where Radio Silence differs is that when using it you don't post on social media or do anything to let your ex get any updates or news on you.
It's as though you have not just disappeared from their life, but from the face of the earth.

Agree! When you post something on Social media there is always that moment when you hope he sees it or that you are gonna check if he looks at your stories on Instagram. It takes away your power to focus on yourself.

I think that the most important thing is to do things for you. If you post or not post pictures on Social media to get a reaction from someone you still give that person power. I think it's all about the reason behind it, if you really feel good post that picture, but if you post pictures on social media to show him/her that you are having 'a good time'... don't do it. It takes away your power to focus on yourself and move on. Just live your life for yourself and what feels best for you, when someone wants you back they will come back in your life❤️

Listen guys don’t do no contact to get your ex back, yea maybe the initial parts of it. But once you realise when you work on bettering yourself and your future is way more powerful than the thought of getting them back. Stay strong, take it day by day. @@dwightschrute8141 3 months of No Contact. But I did work on myself. Hit the gym everyday, worked on my business and making myself a better person and that made a great difference in how she viewed me. Also I started to date in the last month and when she realized I nkw would or might be moving on got her to realize she made the wrong call. Relationships take work for sure and all won't always be candy and flowers. But with respect and communication along with giving space to your partner will definitely help.
We get complacent in life and really don't upkeep who we wants were when they find us or fall in love with us so man or woman we need to take care of our appearance or personality or Hi Jean and show that we take pride in ourselves and then show them we're willing to listen communicate bend when it comes to certain things that we may or may not want to do when they want to do it meaning a water park or going to the zoo or something that we may not like but to go and put on a :) and try and enjoy it for them or for them and our kids will make the difference I promise you.
I'm trying to do new things regularly and it seems to be working and honestly I'm enjoying the new things I wouldn't normally do.

I think what makes Coach Lee so enertaining is he has those kind of Bob Newhart expressions. The straight faced humour actually helps not to take things too seriously. Yes it's possible to be too serious. I watched over 3 hours of videos non stop last night. They are very calming. Calm is good...very good.

I had a massive dick of an ex…I broke up with him! I had to actually block him! He didn’t like rejection not.one.bit! He called me while I was on vacation beach…150 times he called during one night…I had to turn off my phone and I woke up to 150 missed calls! That made me think he was psycho! Hey pal. I'm not sure whether I love you or my woman more. She's reached out to me after 3 weeks of loving contentious radio silence. I've mega worked on myself and she's having counselling for her own issues. We are going for a coffee and a walk soon and she isn't closed off. It's all about me not blowing it now and not pushing. Which one worked for you radio silence or just NC?
I started radio silence the day we broke up, and have heard nothing. However, friends reached out to make sure I'm ok, so that was a positive. Let me know that there are people who care that I was neglecting in the relationship.
I am doing radio silence currently. Deactivated my Facebook and only have messenger. She blocked me on social media and am trying to focus more on me. If I'd have found this two years ago, I would be with my VERY toxic ex wife. God's timing. I'm focusing more on the word and listening to these videos as well. Thank you God and thank you coach Lee.

I did no contact and radio silence for 3 weeks. Today he called “to check on me” and I found out he’s dating someone. I did the whole thank you, I can move on and I’m always here for you. The rebound won’t last, so just planting seeds.

I find radio silence to be very affective. I went into no contact for almost 3 weeks. I blocked him from fb to keep me from checking on him lol. He would text me but I ignored him. That's when he reached out to me through other apps. I didn't respond to him until I felt that he had suffered enough lol. Now I don't talk to him unless he talks to me and I keep it short and sweet. This drives them nuts.
My point in doing this is to get him to the point where he has no choice but to kick things up a notch or simply move on. Radio silence drives ppl crazy when they're used to u being clingy and needy. It shows that you're independent and calm. As it leaves them wondering about you. It definitely works! But u must stand in your power in order to get what u want. It's definitly working for me ❤❤❤

This works I have been binge watching all of these videos for the last two weeks. I finally stopped being a begging loser on Tuesday. Stopped texting and made arrangements with friends for the weekend. Sunday morning he messages "good morning" I replied after a few hours and kept the conversation friendly and warm but no mention of the relationship. The next day he asked if we could meet on Friday so will keep you all posted.

I was so in love with my Ex and begged her to take me back. She ghosted me after i offered to get her a Starbucks because she was tired from working graveyard. Its been over 2 months once i stopped calling her. I deleted her number and noticed things are better without her. God took her away from me, so i can progress not move backwards
Feels weird to watch this videos and feel no suffering and pain anymore. I've been in radiocontact for a while without even knowing that it was and it has helped me to really focus on myself, I've gain 4lb of muscle and I plan to keeo going and getting stonger physiclly and mentally.

Good video!! I agree about not trying to make the ex jealous. Rebuilding trust with an avoidant ex is critical. My ex isn’t on social media but I’m going back into no contact for a while since we had a negative interaction last week when his remark triggered my anxiety. He then ignored a couple texts. I’ll give him the space he wants- have to say I’m not as attached as I used to be. No contact gets easier over time.
The breakup was 100% his decision and he knew what he was doing. Been NC 7 months now. I’ve ignored a text and an email wishing me a happy holiday. He’s the most narcissistic selfish individual I have ever met. I think it’s important to note that if they are reaching out and just saying something to see if u respond -don’t. Unless they are asking you a question. They don’t deserve a response. I’m not on social media either. I just want him to feel the loss that I felt. I don’t want him back no way! That’s just asking to get my 💔 I had told him at one point if he got his shit together he knows where I live. It’s gonna take a lot more than a text or email. No contact works. I chased, begged and pleaded for almost two months. After that I pulled back and stopped calling him because he is with someone. I thought he may be weaning himself off so I wrote to him and told him to stop calling me if he is not ready to fix the relationship. I told him I respect ur decision. I went radio silence after one week he called me. I don't want to expect much will take it slow

I work with my ex (she ended it 2 months ago) I went no Contact after 3 weeks and she has not reached out. It's quite enjoyable seeing her at work acting like she is completely over me and only speaking to me if it is absolutely necessary and work related. This is the most visceral and gut wrenching break-up I have had to endure.

Got dumped by my boyfriend 2 months ago out of the blue -for me- and went directly into NC (although at the beginning I gave some signals through stories that were directed to him but I never reached out to talk to him). Then, one month into break up I went radio silence. He surprisingly talked to my bf and told her he is in a really bad place and misses me so so much but we are not ever getting back together. I don't know if he will reach out or not but coach Lee you have helped me greatly to get through these extremely difficult times and I am SUPER greatful I found your channel!

The Radio silence Works perfectly for me, after a week of not responding to any of her useless text, she beg that we should get back together then i respond! Ofcourse in a mature respond. We’ll be seeing each other this week.
In all honesty if you watch a lot of these videos, join a convent. Much easier than wanting someone who never deserved you in the first place.
Some of these videos just help people get over the person in the first stages of grief. Gives them the courage to actually work on them doesn’t necessarily mean they end up back with their ex. But they end up a better person for the next person who will love them properly.

I feel like radio silence should be taught more than no contact bc it pushes the ex MORE and faster to contact you. But then again if you’re used to posting on social media then suddenly stop it would show your ex you’re hurting during the break up... so I wouldn’t do it if you’re an active user. I hardly post as is so radio silence works best for me. If I suddenly started posting more I would look desperate to get his attention. Radio silence as work with me everytime with my partner. Although I was doing it to get him back... this time I’m doing it to move on. I deleted him on all socials so I don’t feel tempted to look & I don’t want to feel validated by him when he views my story. With the new year I deleted his number, deleted his family and friends on social media
He couldn‘t get ANY information about what is happening in my life
I did all this because I wanted to move on and I think he get scared that he could not get me back

Probably the best strategy is to mix no contact with radio silence. Maybe post a few pictures then nothing for a bit and keep remaining in no contact.
He blocked me for 23 days..then unblocked me now..even if he contacts for any reason.. i just wanna ignore ignore n ignore n not respond as he did wen i begged like anything for his comeback.

Its been 2 yrs of marriage. There are ups n downs like any other marriage does. But no regrets. Things going well as of now. But what i would say is make sure do u really wana tie up with him/her. I do know that she checks her FB feed to see her friend's status updates and I've thought about posting updates of me doing things but I feel she would know that I am doing so that she would see it, thus backfiring. I am one week on "Radio Silent" without even knowing that what I was doing was Radio Silent... I deactivated my facebook. He broke up. To be honest, seeing from outside of the relationship now, I don't even know if I want to continue. He can't offer me instability, safety. He wasn't making any effort nor investing. And I was blind... Now I see that the one making all the effort was me. I don't want a man like that in my life. So, I guess I am ready to move on. I still like him, but I am not dying in pain.

I work with the woman that was my side chick for almost 2 years. She was in other relationships within that period while I was struggling in my 9yr relationship. Me and that side chick fell in love and made plans to drop everything and focus on loving each other. It took me too long to break away from the 9yr relationship, so the now former side chick loses patients and started dated and likes other women. She meets a stud that promises her true love. I finally end the 9yr relationship in Jan. Me and the former side chick are finally giving each other a real chance at loving each other the right way. Oh! I forgot to mention that the former side chick that turns into to a real relationship is a co worker, we work in the same office. Anyway, so now at this point me and my new lady are loving and learning, taking care of each other. She tells me that she likes women and wants to be with one. My response was of course a great yes. My fantasy is to be with 2 girls on the daily. Long story short, after 2 weeks of being with each other, going through that Houston ice storm together, after having great sex, I kiss her then leave for work, I call her only to see that she has blocked my number & Facebook. I finally contact her through another number and she tells me that she is sorry but she likes this girl and wants to treat her 1st. Since I took so long to leave the 9yr relationship, and that the stud wouldn't treat her like a side chick. My heart was crushed and still is. I can't get her out my system. I want her back soooo bad. It's hard to accept that out of all of the running around getting it in with great sex, kissing like we are the only ones in the world, to finally think that this the woman of my dreams at the end of all the drama would just leave me so easy for a stud. I know I should move on but its hard when I have to see her at work. I want her back but don't trust anymore. What to do?

Actually if you aren't friends with your ex on facebook anyway, they can't see your stuff unless it's marked as public. That means you can post anything you want to just your friends. She will see nothing.

No contact, means no contact. That's why we called it no contact for a reason.
If your ex reach out, they may just curious which is not enough compare to how they hurt us when they dump us.
If they text you for something unsignificant, and you text them, you eliminate their curiosity and you may find after a couple of text, they start to get cold again.
Why ?
Because you just gave them again their satisfaction after trying so hard for no contact.
They will think they can just text you, call you whenever they want.
What's the point of no contact ?
They need to experience the break up.
Block them.
So they know it's for real, they hurt you remember that.
If they gave up just because you don't reply to their text after they hurt you, you need to thank god to save your life from this person.
They just ain't worth your time, big chance if you two back together, they will hurt you again.
Have some dignity, you just being hurt.
If they truly want you back, text ain't enough.
They need to act, they need to beg, they need to chase, they need to cry, they need to almost kill them self to get you back after hurting you.
Not by phone, they need to proof them self to us this time.

Therapists would say it’s part of playing out trauma from your past that you’re reenacting and trying to heal- I’m not sure but I’m also having a very hard time letting go. Some love deeply and those with anxious attachment style usually have a much harder time letting go. Whereas avoidants walk away easily. Educate yourself on attachment styles if you haven’t yet. Eye opener

Lucas Marcal Gotcha!! Those avoidants are very tough with high walls to scale- makes the recovery process long and slow. I can’t believe we’re still not back together. It actually seems ludicrous to me!! Be patient and be kind to yourself.

Radio silence wouldn’t work for either me or my ex. We never post anything on social media 😂😂. She doesn’t even have FB or SC. Still hoping NC dies the trick. Only 2 days in though and I’m going insane. I’ll come back in about a month to give an update. Be strong everybody 💪🏻

Bibi Alia Our relationship is different. Like I said neither of us have social media. The radio silence ir no contact rule really didnt apply to us because we decided to talk our problems out. One thing we both know for sure is that we both love each other. I guess you could say we decided to try again.

Can you do a video on restraining orders? Not because the guy was stalking or harassing but simply because the mother got involved and they wanted to kick the man out of his own home so she lied and said he physically abused the ex when she didnt have a scratch on her! The guy said "ok bye" when the girlfriend dumped him through text messages after 7 years together and instantly went no contact! Six days later he and his children were kicked out on the streets.
Guy was never arrested or has any charges on him. Ex got the house.
But the main question is how does a piece of paper ( restraining order) change the ex's feelings towards him?
Don't bother responding all you people out there if all you're going to say is "move on" please.

Every other coach says oh it's over to done deal there's no hope when they hear the word restraining order. But this restraining order is different because the guy instantly went no contact there was no stalking or harassment involved. It was all for the ex to keep the house.
What if your ex implores you to date other women because she "can't give me what I want"? She told me this in our last phone conversation ever. 4 and a half months later, I posted a pic of me and a new girl that I was with at the beach. How is this hurting my chances when she told me to move on and date? I disagree with you in this instance. I think if I remained stagnant, and didn't show that I was "moving on", it would look sad on my end. This is the risk that someone takes when they break up with someone. If she really wants me, she can contact me. I begged and pleaded for 2 months, so if that didn't show that I cared, nothing will. Human beings have needs and we only live once. If our exes expect us to sit around, and not try anymore because they were "the one", that's extremely selfish
Spot on. This fella speaks alot of sense, and is the best coach I've watched. But as you say, you're not going to sit in every day waiting for your phone to ring, when you could be out meeting new people and having a good time. Putting pictures on social media of nights out etc is part of that for me. If you happen to meet someone and go on a few dates or whatever, you can't think I can't post this or that because the person that broke my heart will see it !! Balls to them. When they see it as they're no doubt looking at your social media, and it upsets them, then tough.

Today makes a month & three days of no contact/ radio silence. I’ve only been posting on my ig stories again recently but not consistently. Leaving days in between. He’s been watching all of my stories lately.

I'm still going to do this, but he blocked me 🙃. Right before that he ghosted me over a misunderstanding. Then slowly unfollowed me. Unliked all my posts. Removed all his comments. 3 weeks later he finally sent me a message saying that through all the effort and talking (long distance) he realized neither one of us was going to make good on any of the promises we made. He is just trying to forget and that I should too. Little does he know I booked a trip out to meet him right before this happened. I tried to tell him but he wouldn't read my messages. So here I go. To a big city all alone. We had a list of things we were going to do together. I still have that list and I think I'm going to do those things.
