A day in the life of an optometrist content creator

As a full time OD and practice owner, time is limited. Especially time for content creation.
I try to free up my time at home by scripting out, filming, and editing content at the office.
It's definitely a process but one that I enjoy as I look to educate and grow on UA-cam.

I’m not aware of any. However, anything medical professionals that are active on social media should never post patient sensitive information that violates HIPAA.
