It’s called filters
There are some hints revealed here and there... But they use contact lenses that change not only the color, but the shape of their eyes and they use tape on their eyes to change their eye shape and widen them.. There's a lot of tape, concealer and contour. It's more like stage makeup or movie makeup (cosplay) than regular makeup we wear day to day.

I want to call the Asians and their makeup skills....Masters of Illusion. They are able to change the whole look and shape of their face. It's amazing to watch.
Many use filters to narrow their chin, reduce their nose and enlarge their eyes. Some even wear false ugly teeth before the transformation 🤷🏻♀️It’s not all make up

They have the world's best makeup. Even in the US, the best makeup artists won't be able to make a mature woman look 18 friggin' years old (without prosthetics and CGI)! With contouring and highlighting, we can make certain features look skinnier and change shapes a little bit, but look at how crazy their foundation and concealer are! They create entirely new skin! I know that these videos often have filters over them to make the eyes bigger and mouths smaller, etc., but you can still see during the process just how awesome the products are. I could watch these for literally HOURS!
