For anyone else curious, they're using these things called "V Shape Face Labels" or a similar lift tape on their chins. And the nose stuffing can be various things, most women use pegs instead of the tissues/strings. And some women use wax on the outside of the nose.

Most beauty standards and ideals are rather up for debate.

I haven't worn make-up in over 10 years. I feel not myself if I wear it. I don't need to look like someone else. I like me.
This is about respecting and admiring an art form. No one is telling anyone that they must wear makeup. This video is to celebrate these artists, not to shame anyone or tell people how they sh of uld live their lives.
Also, congrats for feeling beautiful in your own skin! I only wear makeup sparingly myself, for gigs/photoshoots/videoshoots, which is not often and usually extremely artistic (not the usual "pretty" makeup).
