I love the vintage shell prints with white frames. That black and wood basket is very masculine. Love it. Julie, you imagine things when you look at junk and in your hands it turns into something perfectly unique.

Julie my Mom taught me that you can change the color of the mat in a picture by painting it. Painting it also allows you to do custom colors and designs. She used acrylic paint but I prefer Rustoleum spray paint.
yes, you can paint mats. this one actually had a faux mat so I gave it a real one.
@@JuliesDesignsandSigns I had 3 framed pix with water damaged mats. I repainted them with 50cent WM craft paint and got a perfect fix.. I hung them back up just in time for the this hurricane season!
You mentioned you should have watched some IKEA videos before you went there but in your defense you were packing up a family of 6 and evacuating so it was not a normal road trip lol!!

Everything you make is ALWAYS amazing!! I have a hard time picking favorites. I really liked that basket in black, having the same issue trying to paint a faded blue basket white so you gave me an idea to just try black. Loved those apothecary jars with the lemons and the cloche as well. Too many favorites ❤️

Omg!!! I never thought of a stove cover. I needed one for my outside kitchen. I literally just took it from the sale pile and put on my stove. It's perfect, I'm keeping it!
