The list you posted this time is actually about 10 most beautiful hotels in Africa according to www.africaranking.com. Some of them offer four stars facilities. The top 10 hotels/lodges in Africa is another list in which more than half of your list don't belong. Please, go back research more and update your list.
Most of these Hotels and resorts are owned by westerners or Arabs , it’s hard to call it African hotels. Actually Most African’s doesn’t even know these hotels are existed in their country or continent let alone to use them .
A price range per night per person would have been nice. On a side note; why does the orator in 2nacheki videos have to sound like he is running out of breath? Surely, somebody can read this, who has better elocution.
