I love so many of the English-styled beers and am always so disappointed when I try one that tastes nothing like the traditional style! I would love to brew a British Golden Ale, I’ll try to get out by late spring.

Thank you! Negra Modelo is probably my favorite commercially produced beer. I have made a Dunkel in the past, but I would love to brew one again soon! I’ll try to squeeze one in sometime in the next few weeks.
