DNA Tests of north africain ppl shows the majority are Berbers regardless if they speak Amazigh or Arabic language so there is just 1 major ethnicity Amazigh !

Itri Dz Egyptians like the old Egyptians still be the one and the Same people. They are not death. Tripolitanians and Carthagians still living in north africa, too. They are not death. They all speaking diffrent arabic dialects and learn classic arabic later because of religion. As Tunisian, we never learned about Berber history so deep. It was all about Carthage, punics, bezentin, arabs who conquered north africa and the recent history (france and turkey). When I grew up and knew about my amazeigh ethnic roots, I was surprised. We've been brainwashed by the arab deminance. Now, I want to say to people who's gonna read my comment that I'm a proud Tunisian Amazeigh ❤🙂🇹🇳
the arabs really did us evil with their culture, racism and their religion. They destroyed the wealth, peace and culture in the world. I do hope, that the arabs will be bought back to the arabian peninsuela. This will bring peach for europe, asia, africa, etc.
As Amazigh from tunisia i have to recognize that the only people our people benefited from are the muslims (arabs and ottomans) they themselves gave up certain of their evil customs for Islam, Islam is more important, the golden age of amazigh people was with islam we ruled over spain and part of France for centuries, but when christianism and peganism was brought to us we were at the darkest of time. The Arabs didn't conquer the land but established themselves peacefully, there have been some fights that we initiated, but it was only involving fighting men on a battlefield following rules and regulations they were very mercyful and didn't transgress even when we wanted to transgress them, they didn't enslave us like the christians and pegans did. Islam isn't the religion of arabs but of all mankind. And Allah made us tribes and nations so that we may get to know each others and not to seek supremacy over each other like the bible argue. This documentary isn't reliable it's over exagerating a lot, the first scene was reflecting not slavery under "the arabs" because there were none but under the christians, let's not forget that many people from morocco because they were too dark skinned were taken in america as literally slaves by the christians. There are only a few portion of amazigh without any cause or justification who hate arabs for some weird reason, i just think they are online trolls, and most of these online trolls are christians trying to add oil to the (non existent) fire. There is no hatred in islam we are all brothers. Without Al Islam we are nothing, stop seeking supremacy over each other preach Al Islam Al deen al Hak. I don't care even if i'm arab or amazigh i'm muslim all praise to the most high stop that nonsense nationalism that your enslavers the europeans has brought to you to literally kill you rape you colonize you and enslave you like the whole of Africa. Don't believe the lies of these "white supremacist" colonizers. We are amazigh arabs africans we don't care, we are united under one truth, one cause, one ultimatum Al islam. May Allah the Almighty give us success and prosperity with AL islam.

My family has been arabized. I was grown up told I was Arab and my parents and grandparents believed it. This is not the case. A DNA test found out I am a mere 15% arab and an overwhelming 73% North African (Amazigh). I am from Tunisia and I plan to go to where I believe my berber tribe would have been and learn the language and culture, I will pass this down to my children and revive my culture. No more arabization! We need to start a movement of de-arabizing Our countries and making arab and amazigh cultures equal and in fact making amazigh culture a registered traditional and native culture under our governments with protection.
adam you should have other people in your family do a DNA test. Percentages can vary from parent to child, sibling to sibling, also there are things that other people in your family can inherent DNA wise that you did not receive. You have ancestors both Amazigh and Arab. ALL of it makes you!!!

The DNA results exposed i was adopted which was true which had me so surprised and Faber gas tic. @@fe6523 No, 90% of North Africans would have a majority of their genes from North Africa. Remember some of these DNA tests can't differentiate Amazigh DNA from European/African and especially Arab DNA. They are grouped Differently. What tests did you take and what are your results. By the way, i was told my whole life i was arab until I did the test, My country is very arabized, Tunisia and we forgot our berber languages and roots. Also my family comes from the city, and I'm still majority berber, I recommend either the Ancestry Test 2020 Update version or the My Heritage, 23andme is confusing as they group North African and Arab together (By the way arab is not a race or ethnicity it's a culture). All North Africans have predominantly North African DNA with some admixture due to conquests and invasion like when the muslims were expelled from Southern Italy and Iberia they settled in North Africa with their mixed children and our Arab blood comes from the men who came to North Africa and married with the local berber women and that is how their children forgot the berber language, they took their fathers language.

There is a diffrence between the Amazighs and other minorities in the world. Today most of the people of the maghreb are arabized amazighs which them selves don't recognize their identity and don't know about their ancestors due to the gouvernements actions which were done to get the arab states help in order to get the independance from the french colonisation. The video mentiond 30 million amazighs, i say it's wrong and it's more likely to say 30 million speakers of the tamazight language but the amazigh population in more than 80 million in the maghreb which represents thr whole population, and the reason why only the kabylie region and the Aures regions are the majority speakers of tamazight is because they lived in mountains (Djurdjura and The Aures mountains) and they kept the herritage going, The Amazigh culture in now all across the maghreb region whether the lingua franca which is the dialects of the countries, well the grammar is arabic but most of the vocabulary is tamazight which tells us that the people still have the roots of its old culture, and in the food for example the Couscous plate and all the comunities does it and there are more evidences that proove the unity of the people of the maghreb which is AMAZIGH PEOPLE !

I disagree with your statement that the kabyles and the aures are the majority amazigh speaking communities. Apparently you haven't travelled much. I am from souss region in Morocco and there millions of us extending from as far south as guelmime all the way up north to marakech and from the atlantic to the algerian borders. Every town amd village in that whole region speaks tachlheit. Also, for economic reasons, every major city, especially casablanca have major Amazigh populations. On top of that, we have the Amazigh if the atlas mountains and Rif region. I was born in a small little village near taroudant but i spent most of my youth in Casablanca. Back then in the 1970's and 80's, I never felt looked down upon because of my heritage. Deep down I always felt that we are/were the majority anywhere in Morocco especially in Casablanca. Even if everybody speaks arabic or french I felt that was more of a necessity to survive than a dictate to change who we are and our history. Anyway, amazigh people have been around for thousands of years and will be around for thousands more.

As it always goes, various Tamazight words were used by traders, then came the French owners of these Moroccan "Arabs" voila current day Darija. Language constantly evolves. Tu es un mytho

@@fe6523 No DNA test is accurate. But I do know that all North Africans are of Amazigh origin, some of them were arabized and started speaking arabic and forgot their languages and some remained with their languages. Only 9% of me is Arab sorry :) and even then other estimated tell me its 0% like my heritage DNA. DNA tests are not trustworthy. By the way are you North African? Because if you are not then shut up, you shouldn't be telling someone who they are or arnt. I am first Amazigh before anything else.

My mother made it very clear we came from Arabia but migrated into north africa a long, long time ago. The DNA results exposed i was adopted which was true which had me so surprised and Faber gas tic. I think for every north African family what you have could me just north African or it could be like my family a multi racial mix due to history and all the different racial groups who were around due to the arab invasion.

The video mentiond 30 million amazighs, i say it's wrong and it's more likely to say 30 million speakers of the tamazight language but the amazigh population in more than 80 million in the maghreb which represents thr whole population, and the reason why only the kabylie region and the Aures regions are the majority speakers of tamazight is because they lived in mountains (Djurdjura and The Aures mountains) and they kept the herritage going,
The Amazigh culture in now all across the maghreb region whether the lingua franca which is the dialects of the countries, well the grammar is arabic but most of the vocabulary is tamazight which tells us that the people still have the roots of its old culture, and in the food for example the Couscous plate and all the comunities does it and there are more evidences that proove the unity of the people of the maghreb which is AMAZIGH PEOPLE !
Algerian goverment started arabization singe 1962 not go erase amazigh langage but to erase thé french langage .. @@vaktus3380 My ancestors? To this day I'm Amazigh, we speak Tamazight, we don't speak that fake Arabic bro.
How that fake Arabic came into being is actually simple, Amazigh people used to live in many tribes and developed their own accents, dialects until they pretty much formed their own separate languages.
By trade and religion, the commonality was religion (Islam) so pretty much the majority of the people spoke and understood Arabic.
As it always goes, various Tamazight words were used by traders, then came the French owners of these Moroccan "Arabs" voila current day Darija.
Language constantly evolves.
Then came some rectal penetrator who claimed to be a descendant of Muhammad (pbuh), now all of these fake Arabs are claim to be descendants of Muhammad (pbuh).. 😂
We Amazigh are not Arabs, we are the "free people" as in freed by Moses.
We are descendants of Abraham through Jacob.
We are Israelites and that's something to be proud of.
Afterall the people who wanted to kill Muhammad (pbuh) and his followers were Arabs (real Arabs).
I have seen how these fake rainbow Arab governments treat Amazigh people.
Forced Arabization, even restrictions on using Amazigh names etc..

Also, the "Arabic" dialects we speak in north Africa are so different from Arabic that even people from Egypt or Syria wouldn't understand them, our dialects should be considered their own languages, because they are as different from Arabic as English is from Frensh/Latin.
Berber do not support Azawad from Mali(bantu/niger-congo), they be oppressed more than in Morocco and Algeria, Azawad/North Mali will be majority black, taureg/berber old city like kidal, goa, timbktu and mopti
Not khribga though 😂 and some other mixed ups

I think there are two societies in Africa that deserve respect
1-Ethiopians
2-Amazigh people
Why ethiopians
Btw there is nothing called ethiopian as ethnic groups in ethiopia there are more than 100 ethnic groups in the country example being somalis whome i am their son with that being said we somalis are not proud to be still in ethiopia
And still looking for independece ( NB WHILE SAYING SOMALIS AM SPEAKING ON BEHALF OF THE OCCUPIED SOMALIS IN ETHIOPIA NOT OUR BELOVED COUNTRY)

1-The history of Ethiopia is very rich (the kingdom of Aksum and the kingdom of Kush)
2- They corresponded to Arabization.
3-They also opposed latinization.
4-Above all, Ethiopians always deserve respect because they are the first free people in Africa to defeat the white man.
I think these are enough
and kurd in turqia
@@gokalptozlu9201 The name "Ethiopia" is a name the Europeans gave them. It's a fake name! The locals never ever called themselves "Ethiopian" until recently. There are many ethnic groups in Ethiopia and most of these groups hate each other. These ethnic groups always clash and fight each other. Why do they clash and fight each other? Because these ethnic groups have their own language and cultural heritage. Nobody sees themselves as Ethiopian! Nothing can be more shameful and humiliating than calling yourself something the white man gave you. The lingua franca of Ethiopia is Amharic, but many ethnic groups refuse to speak it because they have this mentality that it's not "our" language. Loyalty to your ethnic group comes first. At the moment, Ethiopia is a ticking time bomb. It reminds me of the former Yugoslavia, where civil war eventually led to the formation of many nation states. The current prime minister is trying his best to create unity, but I don't think it will work.
The population of modern day Ethiopia is 100 million people and only 6 per cent of those people are the descendants of the Kingdom of Aksum. These people are concentrated in the north of the country in what is known as the Tigray region. When Western scholars talk about ancient Ethiopia. What they are really talking about is the history of the Tigrayan people. These Tigrayan people are scavengers and vultures historically and they are scavengers and vultures today. They invited many Europeans historically to fight their African neighbours.
Another thing, historical Ethiopia was known for being Christian, but today's Ethiopia is a majority Muslim country. All the regions of Ethiopia are majority Muslim except for the Amharic and Tigray regions. Even the Amharic and Tigray regions have minority Muslim populations. If you go to the capital Addis Ababa, you would think it is a Muslim city because there are many Mosques and many women wearing hijab in the streets.
Khaled S I thought Ethiopia already fought a war in the 80s and isn’t Gambella and Benishangul Gumuz mostly Christian

It is gratifying that this little clip and others are a gateway to the world about the Amazigh People. Your struggles have reached the ears of the world. You are your own liberators so continue with the fight. Forgive me if I say you have been quiet for too long. You have to fight occupation, for linguistic freedom, for political liberation, equality, representation within the political structures and spiritual freedom. No matter how oppressive the occupation is your freedom is on the horizon of time. Oppressors always do not expect the oppressed to desire and recognise; freedom, self-determination and the built in power of aspirations. You need to show them you have these virtues. I wish you well.
I told a BLM protester that the Amazigh people are natives to North African they said no it’s black skin Africans who are natives to North Africa 💀💀💀

I recently found out that I am a paternal descendant of an E-M81 (E1b1b). Researching this subclade concludes that my Adam probably came from Morocco or Algeria, or from some nearby region, and probably invaded the Iberian peninsula generating descendants there and centuries later descendants of this one came to Brazil during the Iberian colonial period in the Americas. So I'm a direct lineal descendant of a Amazigh.

There are no arabs in north africa, all who claim that they are arabs are just culturally and linguistically, but not in terms of their ancestry.
no this is false and it's berberist propagenda arabs in the maghreb are descendant of hilalians and the maqil that arrived in the region in the 11 century (and later some where deported in the morrocan region by the almohads berbers)
@ⵜⴰⵏⵉⵔⵉ Taniri culturally these Maghrebi Arabs and the others arabized belongs tho the Maghrebi cultural group wich is a mixed "Arab-Berber" cultural group (Morrocan,Tunisian,Algerian... due tho the fact than the Hilalians and the Maqil where not able tho keep 100% of there original culture ) wich is differant than the Amazigh/Berbers cultural group (tuareg,riffian,kabyle...)

It's because the sub saharan African have no history or if they have, they have left only little to human civilisation.
