I like the way you did this. Especially comparing it to other reading styles. Mine would take me about 3 days to get to 24 hours on audio and about 3 years to get to 24 hours of physical or ebooks! :)
I listen to audiobooks way too much. Anywhere from 1-8 hours a day (yes I know it’s a problem). Recently I’ve been binging a series so that’s part of the reason. I can’t think of a favorite audiobook, but I have been enjoying the way Michael Lesley narrates the monstrous series by Lily Mayne. I was wondering what speed you listen to your audiobooks at? I’m a 1.5 kinda person.
It depends on the audiobook but I typically list at 2.5x speed and then closer to 3x once I’m well into the book and know what’s happening. If the narrator has an accent, though, I can’t do that 😂 It also depends how much I’m enjoying the book. I’ve slowed it down in the past when I was enjoying so much I wanted it to last but I would say that’s pretty rare
It feels like I listen to a lot of audiobooks so I don't have to wait for a book to be translated and published in my country. And by a lot I mean when I do a monthly wrap-up, 50-75% of my reading is audio. Then I check my daily stats and it's less than 1 hour so... idk, I guess the 1.8 speed helps a lot? 🤔😄
this is so interesting, I would love to try this concept!
You totally should!!!

HAHAHAHA love that for you
ohhh this is such a fun challenge!
Yippee!
I don't have a favorite audiobook. I do love them. I like that you learned things about yourself and it's nice to know you have supportive family. 🐢
I wish I liked audiobooks more than I usually do! It’s certainly not my favorite way to read but it sure is convenient!
Oooo a challenge!
