Commercialization of Walleye - Out of Season Spawning

The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Northern Aquaculture Demonstration Facility are considered national leaders in researching the intensive production of walleye for food fish. This video describes a research project funded by Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute to investigate out of season spawning of broodstock for year-round egg availability for culturing walleye in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).
