THANK YOU i have been looking for pics or even footage of how these fit and it is exactly what im after. thanks man, subscribed! beatuiful car and great video.
I am waiting for my order of the 2J shifter cables and base bushings. The difference being, I'm installing them on the regular 2021 Corolla hatchback 6MT. Install of the cable bushings seems like a bigger pain. You have to remove the battery and a bunch of other brakets rather than just the airbox for the GR install.
I'm not sure which video you may be referring to, but here a few for when I changed short shifters and bushings from 2J-Racing: ua-cam.com/video/KF1yu9yDLGQ/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/V-i_JBGSbhE/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/HZV2Oi0ZMU4/v-deo.html
Zero CEL. I’ve so far out over 600 miles on the car, mixed use too, from hard driving, back road runs, commuting… everything has been working flawlessly.
@@CarQuicks awesome good to know... I have a jb4 and love it ...3000 miles and np.... Maps change with driving mode .. night and day difference in map 3... Eco mode puts it in map 0 witch is stock .. normal mode puts it in map 1
While I do like the 2J Racing parts, at 2x the price they are not better than DC Sports at the price they offer. One benefit that DC Sports has is the use a Delrin bushing on their product that helped smooth out the engagement of the bushing when installed.
The red bushing is inserted from the top, sideways where it is inserted at the two indents in the white plastic sleeve. Once inserted, you take a Philips screwdriver and pry/rotate the bushing until it is flush. It is IMPOSSIBLE TO PRESS THE BUSHING IN.

Glad I could help! Appreciate it!
The intake and bov sounds when you started pulling 🔥🔥🔥
Excited to see the exhaust set up soon.
I’ve been driving around with the windows down with how good this sounds!

I also rant eh 2J bushings as well on a separate video and those felt great too!
Where is your video of the shifter bear replacement?

The 2j racing is double this price for the bushings alone. Is it worth it over this?

I actually rotated it by hand and I’m not some power lifter lol I guess it’s probably the angle I used.
I used the driver to get the old bushing out so it seemed like the tool to use.
Yo the video is shaking, iMaGe sTaBiLzAtIon 😂
Hahaha! Yeah I’ll rectify this soon enough but I have to give out my disclaimers! 😆
