I'm watching the replay, hope to be able to upload my first pattern to Ravelry. Will see if I can do the same on Etsy. Such a big learning curve for me
Watching the replay as I forgot!! I have subscribed and clicked the bell to keep me reminded about your Monday sessions. I love them. Thank you so much for all that you do!
Thank you Pam! I've just activated a free promotion for the first 100 on a pattern I created over the past couple days. Unfortunately, I thought I had signed up to the Ravelry free Pattern group a couple weeks back when I first watched this video. ah well. I am still excited to post it as soon as I (hopefully) get accepted to the group. I have two earlier patterns I did about a year ago and put onto Ravelry, but this is the first time I took a leap or even thought about doing something like this. I feel I have learned so much over this past month that I've been watching and reading your posts. I guess you could say I am feeling more a part of things now, if that makes sense? I'm looking forward to learning more from you and your courses.
I've been following 1 of the steps in the video and the pattern I published yesterday was in the top 20 of the crochet section of hot right now on Raverly. 100 free coupons really work but unfortunately very few people who download using the coupon leave hearts.
Some great tips I plan to try! Although 100 free downloads sounds like a lot and I wonder if I’d ever get to actually making sales. 😆 Can you limit the time frame for that first 100?
Great info! You talked about creating pins for your blog post, your ravelry listing, and your etsy listing. I'm curious, do you use Canva to make your pin images, or Tailwind create, or something else?
A project on ravelry is different from the one in the paid pattern picture we share ? What exactly is a project? Sorry noob here..thank you for this video
Awww, absolutely not. Like every business, I have a target audience...that would be women...but I serve a wider audience...that would be everyone. So, I market, specifically to women, but my classes are open to everyone. :)
I thought by adding it as a draft as I am having it tested, isn't that in the database - then adding it to my shop. I think that is on the adding a design in. Am I wrong?
No, you can absolutely do it this way. You've got it right. You can also add it when the pattern is done...whichever way works best for how you manage things.

You only help women succeed? **sad face**
But seriously, learned a lot. I’ll try the Ravelry free pattern FB groups and Pinterest.
