    Ngl, I never thought about crusted salmon, pistachio is a great pick too, great creativity, no to mention the classy simplicity

    Looks delicious. Is salmon good to go at 125?

      Yes, 125 is good for medium-rare. That's how I prefer it. Remember, it'll keep cooking as it sits on the hot sheet pan. Or you can wait until it reaches 145 if you prefer it to be more cooked through.

    Pistachio has its own oil and salmon got oil too. I would not try fish with nuts
