there is nothing like that. Stop making something terrible out of it. There are people who made limb lenghtening surgery 20-30 years ago with a way more riskier method and they're still fine. There are no problems after the surgery You always find new bs because it's reachable for people now.
bone marrow is the main arena for the formation of RBC called erythrocytes(very crucial in blood and O2 transport) as well as lymiphocytes ( cells required to develop immune system ) are also formed in the bone marrow ,,, but need not to be worry becoz the nails are removed by doctor after 1 to 1.5 years of frame removal😄
Bone marrow will be regenerated after rod removal, doctor here,if your recovery goes well everythings gonna be the same way..

You cannot change torso height, and no one cares about that anyway since people of all different heights are born with different and random torso heights regardless of their leg length.
People in General either they have long torso and short legs or long legs and short torso , and some have 50/50
