    Pork 1.3-1.5 kg.
    ‼️‼️‼️Part of the meat pulp from the hip part with an oval oblong shape, removed in one piece, consisting of a whole muscle containing a surface film and surface adipose tissue.
    I pierce the meat several times with a wooden skewer.
    I pour into a bowl.
    soy sauce 3 tbsp. L
    salt 1 tbsp. l.

    I mix well.

    I cover the bowl with cling film and put the meat in the fridge for 8-20 hours.
    I usually marinate meat from evening until morning.
    I wrap the meat tightly in cling film.
    I do many layers, about 20 pieces.
    I put the meat in a pot of water.
    I bring to a boil, turn down the fire and cook under the lid for 3 hours.
    After 3 hours I take the meat out of the pan.
    I put the meat in a bowl and let it cool. I put the cooled meat in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
    While the meat is in the fridge, make the sauce!
    Cranberries or currants 0.5 kg.
    water 100ml
    Basil 1 tsp.
    Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes.
    Mash the berries thoroughly.
    Grind the berries through a sieve.
    Pour the juice into a saucepan.
    Cook on a quiet fire.
    Sugar 0.5 cups.
    Salt 0.5 tsp.
    Ginger 0.5 tsp.
    apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
    Cinnamon 1 tsp.
    Paprika 0.5 tsp.
    Stir and cook until thickened.

    I grind the spices carefully.
    I'll get the meat out of the fridge.
    I take off the cling film.

    Looks delicious, but too many steps and time. You love to cook & have the time. I Require recipes that have fast prep times, use basic spices, and are cooked in Insta-Pot or Slow Cooker! 🙂
