So the government collected $1.4 billion in taxes it didn't need? How much else did they collect and not need? Where did she get $2.4 billion from. 1,400 times 1 million is 1.4 billion, not 2.4 billion.
I had to listen to it again, but you are right. She did say 2.4. But either way I'll be waiting for that check. Little did I know there was a Covid stimulus check. And pretty sure the Mrs didn't get one as well. Nevertheless ended up catching Covid from us having to work regardless. But should be getting way more than 1,400. That is a slap in the face when everyone found out it was a lab created virus.

@ they did the same thing last year and we’re sending threatening letters saying they were going to take our ranch close our bank accounts. This year at least they have not sent threatening letters. They just totally ignored us.
Yeah they are slow. Especially this year. Filed my taxes late January and finally got the refund in November. Good Lord !!

I’m still waiting to get my $1400 stimulus that never came. They’ve been “investigating” the situation for over a year including a check trace. Finally, just a couple weeks ago, the case got moved to another department, hopefully for dispersement.

i’m still missing a stimulus check
I missed one and gave up after playing the irs dance. At the time of the checks it should have been sent but I guess for some reason the second check wasn't sent even though I was federally disabled and on SSDI at the time and still am so lets see if I get it or my verbal oneline communication is why I did not. I was very vocal about a certain administration's handling of the whole covid BS.
