About back bitting in today's working hours:
There are our managers who does not understand the particular task how to do.
They impose their order on us does not understand our stance.
Then a time comes when our stance is proven to be correct.
In between we get frustrated and spit out bad words about those because due their negligence a lot of quality time is wasted in noncompliant task.
So what to do in order to avoid back bitting at this time?.. because in the end some how we have to pour out our anger
So true, this happens in all the offices I guess. The only solution I can think of is 1) Fear Allah 2) Instead of telling others about your problem or anger or issues speak out to ALLAH tell him everything, complain to Him that this and this is going in my (life/office/ team/ relationship, etc) though He knows everything still talk to HIM. Then see how things will change you will not feel the urge to pour the anger out. @Maria komal please try this out and do let me know about the results
