Watched it from my house tonight and the view on top of the sunset was breathtaking.

Ditto! From Buena Park my family and I watch every launch we can and it would be a dream to make it out to Lompoc for an in person launch. Tonight was perfect getting to see every aspect of the launch taking place including the re-entry burn.

34:12 Indeed we did. Finally got to see a Falcon 9 launch IRL from San Bernardino, CA. Pulled the YT app up and this video was being streamed @ t-4:50 or so; used the restroom, threw some clothes on, saw the contrail through the bathroom window & made it outside in time to catch MECO, stage sep, 2nd stage ignition/powerup, fairing deployment and 1st stage maneuvering/deceleration burn from the front porch. 😊
Quite a change from the days of Mercury/Gemini/Apollo/Shuttle to be sure. Visibility was excellent courtesy of a spring storm over the weekend. Thanks to all the folks at SpaceX & Vandenberg Space Base; well done! 👌

After seeing the Columbia land twice at Edwards AFB when I was a child, I wanted to go to Florida to see a Space Shuttle launch. Never had the chance. I had to wait almost 40 years to see anything go from Earth to orbit, instead of the other direction. It was exciting to just cross the street and see this from about 40 seconds after it launched tonight! (Long Beach, California)
