I did this and put a white towel on top and dried it a lot and it worked. On a White carpet.

I thought that too but I also have one stubborn baby hair that makes me look like Superman and is always over my forehead in photos - I’m so insecure about it. But I feel like I’m “not allowed” to use gel to push it back 🤦🏻♀️

I’m sitting here on my only day off until the 27th because I work in retail and don’t have power 😭 Very thankful for my phone right now. I love that Nivea moisturizer as well!!! I take a lot of hot baths as well and it looks so glowy as well when I put it on after. It’s WINTER where I’m at and my skin gets SO DRY.

I have really dry skin and eczema. I love Eucerin. Good to know that moisturizer works too. I have and enjoy the Native vanilla body wash.
I get my wrinkle release spray from Dollar General for less than half than the Downy version. AND, it works so well!. I take a small spray bottle with me when I travel, spray down my outfit the night before, and it is dry and wrinkle free for the morning!
I love the Nivea Deep Moisture Serum Rich Nourishing cream. I found some on sale at TJ Max and am in LOVE. I'll have to pick up some of that Nivea Lotion. I've been in love with the brand for years. It truly rivals all the high end stuff. I also use the Got2BGlued - and the styling gel from Got2B can be used as a brow gel. It also helps keep my wig in place.

Laura I have that same carpet cleaner, make sure you suck up all the water and when you are sucking the water up don’t accidentally spray the button that sprays more water. Get as much water out as you can by going over it & pressing down with pressure. That will work and not leave water ring marks. Goodluck!
Those flannels are bomb. They usually have them really cheap on Black Friday too
I had the bissell cleaner but it wasn’t my fave. I actually bought a Hoover one instead and it’s so much better! I also use the Woolite pet stain remover with Oxy as a pre-stain before using the machine. That combo is MAGIC

Laura Lee- Big tip for you!! Try Scotchgard on your upholstery, canvas shoes and bags!!! Test it first but it works well for stain protection. I spray it bn on my new, non leather shoes. My tablecloths that had it repel liquids!!! Great to protect your boots from salt stains. :)
Try the Keri lotion! It's the best! it only takes a little. It may seem greasy but it soaks in good!

If you drank a glass of water before and after your bath or shower it helps a bunch bathing is actually dehydrating. Also if you soak in the tub for a while get a dry brush and go to town I get so much skin off by doing that I have super dry body skin due to my thyroid

I take hot showers cause it helps with my joints what I put on is dr teals body oil right after the shower and just pat dry then the next day if I need to I use Aveno calming cream and it smells amazing
The Nivea in the dark blue jar is even more emollient than the one in the bottle. It's great for dry skin when nothing else works.
First time I heard about that specific Niva lotion was from Desi Perkins few years back and I went out and bought it and I love it and my husband loves it and its affordable .
