You are cracking me up, love your solution for the ripped shorts! Also when my kids were young and had to apologize for something, I would tell them say it loud and proud😊
Good stuff. I am loving the ws6 master setup, although I use the 9 inch coil since I park hunt a lot. Finally warmed up enough today to get to my local park..grabbed an IHP, eagle button and 2 war nickels.. both rang a solid 64 so you know what that means..gotta dig the pull tabs.
Also you can put the adapter on the wsii and then carry the puck in your pocket and clip the speaker anywhere. That way still have the master on the stem.
Great video! One of the biggest complaints that I have seen about the WS6 is that it has no external speaker. That's a really cool setup you are using with the speaker.
I think you can but you have to make sure it's super low latency otherwise it will lag.. or there will be a delay on the sound when you swing over the signal.
Dimes are ten times better than a penny. I use a low-latency transmitter and low-latency bluetooth headphones with my XP2 WS6 detector. Quite a bit cheaper than the XP options for headphones.
Austin, I bought the WS6 puck last night..... I am going to use it on my ORX 6x9 h.f. coil. 😁I paid 260 +shipping and tax +306 for the ORX = $566 for 2 high end detectors. Next I have to come up with a speaker,,, lol prolly already have one around here some place. Later brother.
HALT!! I hate to say it but... the WS6 puck does not work with the HF coils. Only with the newer Deus 2 coils. You would need to pick up the WS4 puck for the 6x9 HF coil which would be a Deus 1 lite. Sorry if I was not more clear about that! I'm not sure if speaker works on ws4 puck, I would think so?
@@TreasureOutdoors Oh well I'LL just buy another coil lol still be ahead... I was already going to do that for the orx Funny I seen pay streak using the hf coil with the deus main box.....
It's a little confusing just make sure whatever module you get (WS4 OR WS6) is compatible with what coil you get. The WS6 module only works with D2 coils so the "FMF Coil" The WS4 module works with the older Deus 1 coils, the HF elliptical HF round and X35. Just let me know if you need any more clarification, would hate for you to end up with something you can't make use of @@zzzzzzzzzzaper 👍
Vdi of 81-90 is a penny? Seems pretty high for something that rings lower on most detectors. For that money, I would assume the vdi numbers to be a little more exact. Reminds me of the X-Terra Pro at a much higher price. What is your review of this machine?
I enjoy it a lot on the beach and open fields like this, it's a unique detector and can be very light weight. I wish they had an elliptical coil for it but maybe they'll release one some day. Nice score on all the coins! 🪙👍
Something like would be tough to find in a field of trash, if you think it's shallow you could try lowering your sensitivity very low to search for shallow targets first, might eliminate some of that deep junk. I've found a few tungsten rings and for me they always sound very close to a zinc penny but louder.. but if it was dropped on top of an old pull tab or beer can who knows what it could sound like. Wish you luck!
My Simplex+ it seems park 2 might have faster recovery speed, so if you are in really trashy area try park 2. Park 1 might have a little better depth. I'm gonna paste what the manual says below. (Looks like tone break is different too) Park 1 It is relatively deeper but a bit slower than Park 2. In this mode, the device produces a low tone for ferrous targets with 0-15 IDs, a med tone for gold and non-ferrous metals with IDs 16-69 and a high tone for non-ferrous metals with IDs 70-99. Park 2 The device produces a low tone for ferrous targets with 0-15 IDs, a med tone for gold and non-ferrous metals with IDs 16-42 and a high tone for non-ferrous metals with IDs 43-99 such as silver, brass and copper.
You dont use the deus 2 very much, when i got the deus 1 it took over my rotation, now that i got the deus 2 i think it will next Id like to see a full D2 remote hunt in the park sometime this winter while i wait till spring to try mine if youre up to it If not paystreak has many ive been watching
I ripped shorts, pants …you name it. It’s really not fun in more of a public venue. One time my girlfriend had to walk really close behind me on the way back to the car….
To my surprise... just weighed them both. The newer version Legend with carbon fiber shafts and LG24 coil comes in at 2.63LB (with no coil cover) The setup used today including the speaker and WS6 on the detector... weighs 2.53LB! That's with the 11" coil!
Yah, I would love to detect on you side ,here there's only parks an they will walk you off them, even if you do your best to make it look like you wasn't there, but I do know that beaches above Hollywood an west palm may be fruitful, still wondering you make good videos to keep me happy on rainy day like today, well wishing you a lot of luck,by the way my name is Juan, see again in in your videos.
And in classic Detectorist fashion, one hides the offending split as best one can, keeps calm, and digs on. Bravo!
Everything has been trying to stop me lately.... not this time! 🤣

Nice! Pull tabbies in disguise!
Very cool setup
SAME!! It's pretty warm in Mobile, Alabama!
Hiya! New subscriber and the Hubby and I are enjoying your content. 👍👏
9:11 🤣😂😃 We weren’t expecting that!!! FreeBallin! 😂🤣 That was awesome‼️
I have the same set up,but am using aws2 earphones, love it.
been wanting to get this one.
lmao i was cracking up at the free ballin hahaha!
That’s a really sweet setup
That looks like an interesting detector. I look forward to seeing you use it on the beach. Very cool. Cheers buddy.
Will try to bring it next time I'm out there, cheers. 🏖👍
This working with any speakers?
Also you can put the adapter on the wsii and then carry the puck in your pocket and clip the speaker anywhere. That way still have the master on the stem.
I have the WS6 with a 9" coil....I only use it on the beach and I get excellent depth with it....swinging slowly.
Could you swing it faster if you tweak reactivity? I'm thinking on a D2 lite with 9 inch coil on the beach.
Thanks
Good luck/ hunting! I made it out to the beach with the double score Saturday having fun learning, thanks for all the tips buddy
Great to hear you were able to make it out, always fun learning a new machine!
Have a good day
HAAHAHAHA Free balling in a field while detecting hahaha That should be on a shirt!
A 90 for that penny was surprisingly high, was thinking you must have had something else in the hole..
Nice vid. How did you attach the speaker? Sounds great.
Great video! One of the biggest complaints that I have seen about the WS6 is that it has no external speaker. That's a really cool setup you are using with the speaker.
Thanks! Time will tell if that little speaker holds up, curious how much time I get with a full charge.
Can you use a Bluetooth plug adapter to use it with any headphones?
I think you can but you have to make sure it's super low latency otherwise it will lag.. or there will be a delay on the sound when you swing over the signal.
@TreasureOutdoors thanks

They run clos to 250 so I'LL still be ahead on money.

Finely able to get out here in Southern Indiana.
152 coins in 2 days.

What different pinpointers do you use ?
The XP and Garrett, I think the XP-mi4 is on sale for $89. Both good pinpointers 👍

1600.00 here in Australia 🇦🇺 big pass not waterproof only rain ☔ proof pass for me 😂.
So get the regular remore version if the WS6 isn’t for you. Easy choice.
I always wear my pouch at the back. It's way more comfortable. Junk in the pouch, treasure in my front pocket. Way less bunching up and annoyance.
Not a bad idea! Mine usually sits to the side... but you know.. when needed it comes in clutch to protect the rear. ;)
Nice setup. Where did you get the speaker and how is it mounted?

Do the wireless speakers work fully submerged?
Did you a get a new scoop yet
I ordered a new pole, going to try to hopefully fix my old one too. 👍
Yeah, have same one you have. Clamped handle over joint(travel handle). Gonna order a spare to have just in case. @@TreasureOutdoors
I did order a normal version this time though, not the travel shaft. Hopefully to avoid that weak point on the travel version.@@claudeladow2334

Oh,I am rum a deus2 ws6 with ear phones.
Actually it does have 1 tone ….. select the 2 tone …..then go to your iron volume setting, and turn it off…..now it’s a 1 tone detector
Thank you so much should be a bit lighter with earphones i really appreciate it❤
Very light with the headphones, feels nice to swing. :)
