I live only 1 hours drive from Benidorm and probably stay over 6 times a year . Stayed at the Riudor last week for the 1st time and thought it was fantastic . Great position , clean and the food was fantastic . Its now going to be my new go to hotel for Benidorm . I also recommend going to see the comedian Gary George in the bar next door , funny as long as youre not easily offended .

Yes .. we are here RIGHT NOW and on the second floor as well but with a sea view
Room looks smaller on the video than it actually is.
We have a shower over the bath not walk in but it’s hot and powerful. But lacking more lights generally in the room.
Didn’t know we had usb till watched this !!
Food is good and certainly aimed at the Brits. We have been here over 2 weeks and no menu repetition yet !
Only thing missing is back bacon!
Pool area was totally ripped out and redone ( check other Benidorm vlogs) but too cold at this time of year.
Main U.K. tv channels on tv in bedroom ITV, ch4, bbc 1&2 , E4 etc.
At this time of year it’s not so noisy at night - weekends are noisier but it’s not stopped us getting a good sleep.
Tea and coffee replenished every day

For some reason was not taken with this hotel perhaps no sea view , does not have the cosiness the last two had, good on your views as always
A great spot for less active with the grest shows on doorstep. My sister perfect as she has back problems so cannot walk far and adores the music.

Was there 1st couple of weeks in January and it was cold at nights with only a thin quilt no spare blankets.took our own coffee and sugar.lots got colds and flu myself and friend did but glad we got home as people were just ending up in hospital with it
Looks nice.The possibility of noise would put me off but those staying there were not disturbed by it according to the comments. The food certainly looked appetising.
What I'm saying is there can be noise so that's why I gave the warning it never bothered me

We stayed in the riudor last year loved the hotel that much we going again end of april this year food was excellent and the staff were brilliant highly recommended hotel definitely 10/10😊
About what I expect for 4* rating. Nothing special but nothing to complain about either. I would be happy to stay there.
Stopped there last year, was a nice place with nice food (just after renovation). Didn't really hear the nightlife as we were in one of the higher up rooms. Would prefer a double bed as I always fall down the gap in the middle with the twin beds.
Clean hotel. Good choice of food.
Hi have stayed in Ruidor many times i could not fault the place can be very noisey though in the summer with the music and karaoke coming from the black chicken 😮😮
Thanks for your video, i preferred your hotel y.day the £59 one this one would be to noisy right ontop of a nightclub, the facilities are ok what you would expect from a 4☆

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago with my late husband, I did not find any fault with this hotel at all, We had a drink out side the hotel when you came out of the hotel and turned right I think there was a bar there we had a drink there, I don't no if it is still there or not, we stayed in quite a lot of hotels over the years, Been to Benidorm about 10 or 11times and stayed at the old town aswell,

Paul I thought your room was nice and clean, quite spacious and had all things you would require if so desired. Downstairs i thought fantastic. The lounge area was super with nice furniture with plenty of room space. The food arrangement and presentation was magnificent. Again very professionally done by well trained chefs. If the hotel rating at the moment is 4 then that is obviously very good, and i'm sure management will want to maintain that rating or go further up to a five rating, if there is 5. All in all Paul nice Hotel.

We stayed In that room last June, the noise from the club opposite was horrendous, loud music blasting out from 10 am 'til 4 the following morning, and we were out ourselves 'til around 1am most nights, If you fancied a nap In the afternoon, forget It. Although It seem a lot quieter now. Also the pool since the renovation Is now only 2 foot deep all over.
Is it seriously only 2 foot deep now ? What did they do ? Fill in the deep end ? X

I've only stayed in hotel's in UK and they've all been the good end of 3 star, the Hotel Riudor is much more upmarket and high quality so it deserves a 4, however I agree with funky 1982 about the shower. ⭐
Yes totally couldn't understand why no light even if it was at entrance end away from water
Someone said the Riudor smelled. It did when you went in from the old entrance. It always had a damp musty smell. Don't know what it is like now. And yes, there is a brothel beside the old entrance. It has always been a bad area.
Can you please check to see if there is extra towels and a ironing board plus airon thank you.

Hi - we are here right now and no ironing board in room and for two of us we get 2 x bath towels , 1 x hand towel and a bath mat but we asked the housekeeping when she was in room and she gave us extra towels no problem - hope this helps

Hello, I can confirm there is a brothel beside the Riudor, and a couple of tourists were robbed in that walkway. I think that could be why the Riudor moved their entrance to the front. A lot of dodgy characters hang around there at night.
The brothel is on the next walk way just past the black chicken

I have booked 'la estacion' (4*)for 5 days from Monday. I booked it backwards and researched it after I booked...I'm a bit worried about it now🤣🤣
Stayed in this hotel twice last year.Looks lovely after the refurb but we found the food to be hit and miss.Some days were better than others but I always found something to eat.Staying in the Rio Park next time mainly due to it been a better price.
Hi just be careful. Rio Park is situated at the top of Yellow Brick Road There have been a few muggings so keep to main road or taxis late at night
@@whoknowswhere Thanks Paul.I know where its situated.I wouldn't even contemplate using the Yellow Brick Road of a night time.I will be sticking to the main roads.And next time you are in benidorm go and watch the Beatles show at The talk of the Town.They are fab.
Hi there, I think they started out to me. It doesn't look fully four star. I would say there's areas of it that look for star but there's also areas of it that look three star. The shower was very dark which could be dangerous for some people. I personally would go for hotel in a noisy area because I like it to be quiet when I sleep. But that's my opinion. I think it's fairly good value but again I would class it as three star with some. Extras
It's four stars in Spain not UK
The Henry said that I say to give some mixed opinion of 3/4 hotel and I think that's down to the park refurbishment. I think once they refurbish the rest of the bathrooms and that it will live up to force that hotel. But I think sometimes when you do a partially fabishment he sort of on that board lie between three and four star
Just wondering how much the drinks were at this Hotel and if they do a All inclusive option
Average price for hotels but not sure if they do all inclusive you will have to check that availability on the booking website

Does the Riudor not smell now? It used to smell awful every time you went in. And is the brothel still outside? Not in a nice position this hotel.
Not sure what your trying to say no smells and did see anything relating to what you said
@@whoknowswhere It is true, there has always been a brothel next door, Not a nice area at night. Regular Benidorm holidaymakers will know what I mean.

I've stayed there twice and are going for a third time. You can not hear the music with the doors closed.
Servigroup hotels e.g. pueblo Venus calypso Nero not four star but nice hotels and food in my opinion better than riudor. Don’t know how price compares for jan/feb though.

The hotel was ok, but it didn't seem like four star. It wasn't bad and I would stay there, I'm sorry preferred the 2nd hotel so far.

Hi not sure never used it check the website they normally say if it cost I never use one I'm only in the room one night and if there is a charge it's normally weekly

Been going to the Ruidor for the last 20 years before renovating it was a friendly hotel not know they have ripped the soul out of it it’s not a 4star hotel poor entertainment at night before renovations excellent

I've stayed in the Riudor 3 times & had rooms on both sides & once the balcony doors are closed there is absolutely no music, noise or sounds whatsoever from outside
We go benidorm 3 to 4 times a year mainly appartments, however I treated the wife, to all inclusive at ruidor, sorry pal, food was garbage. We ate out every day for two weeks, room to small , balcony same. Sorry never again.
I was about to comment when you sell it you can't have a full English every time you go to a new hotel you have to go down some healthier roots like some fruit

Parking outside the hotel and charging specifically for scooters hired from reception. Full disabled access in hotel and also a device for helping less able into the pool
How is that a 4 star hotel. I don't know about European standards, but that's a basic budget hotel in the US. In fact, I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel of any rank that had single beds.
Stayed in Riudor food is much better in Rio Park.
More choices at breakfast and Dinner.
