Wow! One of the few occasions where the weather was worse on the other side! 😂😂. Unlucky with the blackout …just when you needed to go back up…that would be my luck too! How did you get on with the weather after you checked out? Was it still raining bad? Hi Paul..as well as reviewing the hotels...can you please show us some bars/ restaurants/ area/ transport prices ( train..bus..tram etc ) to the area and around the area please....instead of just quick hotel details & partial food info...by the way Girona airport is only 15-20 mins away from Loret....can you give more info on that aswell please...Thanks

Hello. I live in Portugal. Here, all establishments that work with the public such as hotels, restaurants, bars, airports, town halls, schools, hospitals, etc. must by law have a complaint book. If a customer/client is dissatisfied, that person has the right to ask for the book and write a formal complaint. A copy is given to the person and the original is sent to the ministry of trade. This is an extremely serious situation and they all try to avoid this from happening and the ministry investigates each and every complaint immediately and thoroughly. Although the Portuguese are a lovely natured nation, but this book keeps everybody on their toes. Perhaps this could be an idea for the UK.

What a pity you didn't/couldn't fly into Girona which is about half the distance to Lloret compared to Barcelona. I liked the bathroom albeit small and the terrace, the actual room notsomuch. Great detail, content from your vids really enjoy them, thanks.

Hi Paul shame about the weather when you arrived at Barcelona airport in next few days weather will get better still have a great time in lloret de mar hope you enjoy your nothing worse when leaving the airport on a bus dropping other people off at different hotels we had in Tenerife a couple of years ago the hotel looks nice the food didn't look to bad thanks Paul from Keith

Lloret lovely place the hotels the worst in Spain 🇪🇸 I stopped at the H TOP casino 20years ago a proper holiday from hell 😢 it was even on 📺

Not only the UK awash with rain 🌧️☔ I really enjoyed the flight footage and views beautiful. A lovely hotel with great facilities, lovely pool. The room was great, thanks for showing photos of the budget room I wonder how different it was in comparison, balcony looked like a relaxing place with a nice view. Well done climbing 96 steps in the dark power outage, hope they had a contingency plan for people less mobile. Brilliant video ⭐

Excellent video Paul! Certainly appears to be a good hotel. The only problem I found was the size of the room based on double occupancy. Would be curious to know if there are bigger doubles?

Although you didnt show the check in the Hotel Reception are not the Friendliest, Manageress has a chip on her Shoulder certainly in my Stay, Dissapointing no Tea Coffee facilities in Room, and Tea and Coffee are only served at Breakfast Time and not at any other time at Meals, Charging not beeen Allowed for Mobility Scooter is a Disgrace in my Opinion. The food choice in my opinion comes Down to the Head Chef and nobody else there call what is offered on menu.

USB charging points. B&M do adapters with 2x 3 pin plug and 2x 2 USB points plus to separate adapter with a 3 pin plug point. I bought the and gook them go Beni with me they worked great.

Didn't enjoy our visit. We called in one lunchtime, and everything I had was lukewarm 😔

I just noticed a comment saying there was no Fridge in these rooms which you do need in hot weather for a cold drink...

Spent a lot of time in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and used to stay in a box hotel -- a building not a container hotel, but similar rooms -- teeny tiny, with no window etc. Loved it. Dark, quiet, comfortable and cheap. Would stay where you stayed too. Looks comfortable and affordable.

Stayed in the Liner couple Christmas’s ago… very nice, friendly, clean, quiet, although the lift confused me, got in & ended up in the service one & came out in the bottom next to the kitchens & laundry 😂 I’d stay again though great hotel
