Got the 2024 55" for my mom a couple of days ago at Best Buy. Technically it's not available for sale yet; we got super lucky & got to take one home a week earlier before it's available to the public (God's favor).. Had a 'blast' installing it yesterday. Looks perfect on her wall - the whole picture frame vibe suits her style perfectly. I'm more of a signature series OLED guy, but this TV suits a feminine home perfectly. 👌
We have been using Samsung Frame TV for a couple of years now and we love it! We even pay for the Art-Subscription and have a little bit of cultural education at home through it. ;)
Follow instructions and start with the bottom or top frames, then do the sides. Forget about the clips on back of the bezels they dont work often break.
The most annoying thing about these tv frame reviewers is that they talk about all the obvious features but they don’t talk about the portrait mode when you flip the TV vertically which tells me they have no knowledge of. It’s a cool and unique feature no other TV’s can do.
I bought the 65 inch frame 2024 the art mode does not look realistic at all still too bright like a bright LED TV -Any instructions I can fine to turn down the backlit brightness on the art feature pertain to the earlier model and does not work on the 2024 model, so far this thing sucks
Could you solve it? I try to decide between a 55 inch and 65 inch. I went to store to see them in real life and 55 inch version looked much more realistic. I do not know if that was because their settings were different or not. But I cannot decide
Aqui minhas 2 TVS The Frame queimaram após 2 anos de uso apenas noturno, no quarto. Baita bosta. Mas foram boas enquanto funcionaram, mês por pouco tempo
This video is misleading. This is not the 2024 model, this the previous model released in 2022
Why is the title 2024?
2021 through 2023 version is different with different menu options. and performance

You have to turn on the art mode. It will dim the backlight. Then it will look more natural
